الجن

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. قُلۡ أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّهُ ٱسۡتَمَعَ نَفَرٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡجِنِّ فَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا سَمِعۡنَا قُرۡءَانًا عَجَبٗا

   ✦1

   Say, [O Muhammad], "It has been revealed to me that a group of the jinn listened and said, 'Indeed, we have heard an amazing Qur'an

   (നബിയേ,) പറയുക: ജിന്നുകളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു സംഘം ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു കേള്‍ക്കുകയുണ്ടായി എന്ന് എനിക്ക് ദിവ്യബോധനം നല്‍കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നിട്ടവര്‍ (സ്വന്തം സമൂഹത്തോട്‌) പറഞ്ഞു: തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അത്ഭുതകരമായ ഒരു ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു

2. يَهۡدِيٓ إِلَى ٱلرُّشۡدِ فَـَٔامَنَّا بِهِۦۖ وَلَن نُّشۡرِكَ بِرَبِّنَآ أَحَدٗا

   ✦2

   It guides to the right course, and we have believed in it. And we will never associate with our Lord anyone

   അത് സന്‍മാര്‍ഗത്തിലേക്ക് വഴി കാണിക്കുന്നു. അതു കൊണ്ട് ഞങ്ങള്‍ അതില്‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചു. മേലില്‍ ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിനോട് ആരെയും ഞങ്ങള്‍ പങ്കുചേര്‍ക്കുകയേ ഇല്ല

3. وَأَنَّهُۥ تَعَٰلَىٰ جَدُّ رَبِّنَا مَا ٱتَّخَذَ صَٰحِبَةٗ وَلَا وَلَدٗا

   ✦3

   And [it teaches] that exalted is the nobleness of our Lord; He has not taken a wife or a son

   നമ്മുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ മഹത്വം ഉന്നതമാകുന്നു. അവന്‍ കൂട്ടുകാരിയെയോ, സന്താനത്തെയോ സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല

4. وَأَنَّهُۥ كَانَ يَقُولُ سَفِيهُنَا عَلَى ٱللَّهِ شَطَطٗا

   ✦4

   And that our foolish one has been saying about Allah an excessive transgression

   ഞങ്ങളിലുള്ള വിഡ്ഢികള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവെപറ്റി അതിക്രമപരമായ പരാമര്‍ശം നടത്തുമായിരുന്നു

5. وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن تَقُولَ ٱلۡإِنسُ وَٱلۡجِنُّ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبٗا

   ✦5

   And we had thought that mankind and the jinn would never speak about Allah a lie

   ഞങ്ങള്‍ വിചാരിച്ചു; മനുഷ്യരും ജിന്നുകളും അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ പേരില്‍ ഒരിക്കലും കള്ളം പറയുകയില്ലെന്ന്‌. എന്നും (അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു)

6. وَأَنَّهُۥ كَانَ رِجَالٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡإِنسِ يَعُوذُونَ بِرِجَالٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡجِنِّ فَزَادُوهُمۡ رَهَقٗا

   ✦6

   And there were men from mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they [only] increased them in burden

   മനുഷ്യരില്‍പെട്ട ചില വ്യക്തികള്‍ ജിന്നുകളില്‍ പെട്ട വ്യക്തികളോട് ശരണം തേടാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ അതവര്‍ക്ക് (ജിന്നുകള്‍ക്ക്‌) ഗര്‍വ്വ് വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു

7. وَأَنَّهُمۡ ظَنُّواْ كَمَا ظَنَنتُمۡ أَن لَّن يَبۡعَثَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٗا

   ✦7

   And they had thought, as you thought, that Allah would never send anyone [as a messenger]

   നിങ്ങള്‍ ധരിച്ചത് പോലെ അവരും ധരിച്ചു; അല്ലാഹു ആരെയും ഉയിര്‍ത്തെഴുന്നേല്‍പിക്കുകയില്ലെന്ന് എന്നും (അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു)

8. وَأَنَّا لَمَسۡنَا ٱلسَّمَآءَ فَوَجَدۡنَٰهَا مُلِئَتۡ حَرَسٗا شَدِيدٗا وَشُهُبٗا

   ✦8

   And we have sought [to reach] the heaven but found it filled with powerful guards and burning flames

   ഞങ്ങള്‍ ആകാശത്തെ സ്പര്‍ശിച്ചു നോക്കി. അപ്പോള്‍ അത് ശക്തിമത്തായ പാറാവുകാരാലും തീജ്വാലകളാലും നിറക്കപ്പെട്ടതായി ഞങ്ങള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തി എന്നും (അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു)

9. وَأَنَّا كُنَّا نَقۡعُدُ مِنۡهَا مَقَٰعِدَ لِلسَّمۡعِۖ فَمَن يَسۡتَمِعِ ٱلۡأٓنَ يَجِدۡ لَهُۥ شِهَابٗا رَّصَدٗا

   ✦9

   And we used to sit therein in positions for hearing, but whoever listens now will find a burning flame lying in wait for him

   (ആകാശത്തിലെ) ചില ഇരിപ്പിടങ്ങളില്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ കേള്‍ക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടി ഇരിക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ആരെങ്കിലും ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു കേള്‍ക്കുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന അഗ്നിജ്വാലയെ അവന്ന് കണ്ടെത്താനാവും. എന്നും (അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു)

10. وَأَنَّا لَا نَدۡرِيٓ أَشَرٌّ أُرِيدَ بِمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمۡ أَرَادَ بِهِمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ رَشَدٗا

    ✦10

    And we do not know [therefore] whether evil is intended for those on earth or whether their Lord intends for them a right course

    ഭൂമിയിലുള്ളവരുടെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ തിന്‍മയാണോ, ഉദ്ദേശിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്‌, അതല്ല അവരുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് അവരെ നേര്‍വഴിയിലാക്കാന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണോ എന്ന് ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അറിഞ്ഞ് കൂടാ

11. وَأَنَّا مِنَّا ٱلصَّـٰلِحُونَ وَمِنَّا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَۖ كُنَّا طَرَآئِقَ قِدَدٗا

    ✦11

    And among us are the righteous, and among us are [others] not so; we were [of] divided ways

    ഞങ്ങളാകട്ടെ, ഞങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ സദ്‌വൃത്തന്‍മാരുണ്ട്‌. അതില്‍ താഴെയുള്ളവരും ഞങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുണ്ട്‌. ഞങ്ങള്‍ വിഭിന്ന മാര്‍ഗങ്ങളായിതീര്‍ന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നും (അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു)

12. وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن نُّعۡجِزَ ٱللَّهَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَن نُّعۡجِزَهُۥ هَرَبٗا

    ✦12

    And we have become certain that we will never cause failure to Allah upon earth, nor can we escape Him by flight

    ഭൂമിയില്‍ വെച്ച് അല്ലാഹുവെ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് തോല്‍പിക്കാനാവില്ല എന്നും, ഓടി മാറിക്കളഞ്ഞിട്ട് അവനെ തോല്‍പിക്കാനാവില്ലെന്നും ഞങ്ങള്‍ ധരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു

13. وَأَنَّا لَمَّا سَمِعۡنَا ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦۖ فَمَن يُؤۡمِنۢ بِرَبِّهِۦ فَلَا يَخَافُ بَخۡسٗا وَلَا رَهَقٗا

    ✦13

    And when we heard the guidance, we believed in it. And whoever believes in his Lord will not fear deprivation or burden

    സന്‍മാര്‍ഗം കേട്ടപ്പോള്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ അതില്‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്പോള്‍ ഏതൊരുത്തന്‍ തന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവില്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നുവോ അവന്‍ യാതൊരു നഷ്ടത്തെയും അനീതിയെയും പറ്റി ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടി വരില്ല. എന്നും (അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു)

14. وَأَنَّا مِنَّا ٱلۡمُسۡلِمُونَ وَمِنَّا ٱلۡقَٰسِطُونَۖ فَمَنۡ أَسۡلَمَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ تَحَرَّوۡاْ رَشَدٗا

    ✦14

    And among us are Muslims [in submission to Allah], and among us are the unjust. And whoever has become Muslim - those have sought out the right course

    ഞങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ കീഴ്പെട്ടു ജീവിക്കുന്നവരുണ്ട്‌. അനീതി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നവരും ഞങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുണ്ട്‌. എന്നാല്‍ ആര്‍ കീഴ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവോ അത്തരക്കാര്‍ സന്‍മാര്‍ഗം അവലംബിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു

15. وَأَمَّا ٱلۡقَٰسِطُونَ فَكَانُواْ لِجَهَنَّمَ حَطَبٗا

    ✦15

    But as for the unjust, they will be, for Hell, firewood

    അനീതി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചകരാകട്ടെ നരകത്തിനുള്ള വിറക് ആയി തീരുന്നതാണ്‌. (എന്നും അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു)

16. وَأَلَّوِ ٱسۡتَقَٰمُواْ عَلَى ٱلطَّرِيقَةِ لَأَسۡقَيۡنَٰهُم مَّآءً غَدَقٗا

    ✦16

    And [Allah revealed] that if they had remained straight on the way, We would have given them abundant provision

    ആ മാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ (ഇസ്ലാമില്‍) അവര്‍ നേരെ നിലകൊള്ളുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ നാം അവര്‍ക്ക് ധാരാളമായി വെള്ളം കുടിക്കാന്‍ നല്‍കുന്നതാണ്‌

17. لِّنَفۡتِنَهُمۡ فِيهِۚ وَمَن يُعۡرِضۡ عَن ذِكۡرِ رَبِّهِۦ يَسۡلُكۡهُ عَذَابٗا صَعَدٗا

    ✦17

    So We might test them therein. And whoever turns away from the remembrance of his Lord He will put into arduous punishment

    അതിലൂടെ നാം അവരെ പരീക്ഷിക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയത്രെ അത്‌. തന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ ഉല്‍ബോധനത്തെ വിട്ട് ആര്‍ തിരിഞ്ഞുകളയുന്നുവോ അവനെ അവന്‍ (രക്ഷിതാവ്‌) പ്രയാസകരമായ ശിക്ഷയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്‌. (എന്നും എനിക്ക് ബോധനം നല്‍കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു)

18. وَأَنَّ ٱلۡمَسَٰجِدَ لِلَّهِ فَلَا تَدۡعُواْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ أَحَدٗا

    ✦18

    And [He revealed] that the masjids are for Allah, so do not invoke with Allah anyone

    പള്ളികള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിന്നുള്ളതാകുന്നു. അതിനാല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവോടൊപ്പം ആരെയും വിളിച്ച് പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കരുത് എന്നും

19. وَأَنَّهُۥ لَمَّا قَامَ عَبۡدُ ٱللَّهِ يَدۡعُوهُ كَادُواْ يَكُونُونَ عَلَيۡهِ لِبَدٗا

    ✦19

    And that when the Servant of Allah stood up supplicating Him, they almost became about him a compacted mass

    അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ ദാസന്‍ (നബി) അവനോട് പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുവാനായി എഴുന്നേറ്റ് നിന്നപ്പോള്‍ അവര്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ചുറ്റും തിങ്ങിക്കൂടുവാനൊരുങ്ങി എന്നും

20. قُلۡ إِنَّمَآ أَدۡعُواْ رَبِّي وَلَآ أُشۡرِكُ بِهِۦٓ أَحَدٗا

    ✦20

    Say, [O Muhammad], "I only invoke my Lord and do not associate with Him anyone

    (നബിയേ,)പറയുക: ഞാന്‍ എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവിനെ മാത്രമേ വിളിച്ചു പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. അവനോട് യാതൊരാളെയും ഞാന്‍ പങ്കുചേര്‍ക്കുകയില്ല

21. قُلۡ إِنِّي لَآ أَمۡلِكُ لَكُمۡ ضَرّٗا وَلَا رَشَدٗا

    ✦21

    Say, "Indeed, I do not possess for you [the power of] harm or right direction

    പറയുക: നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഉപദ്രവം ചെയ്യുക എന്നതോ (നിങ്ങളെ) നേര്‍വഴിയിലാക്കുക എന്നതോ എന്‍റെ അധീനതയിലല്ല

22. قُلۡ إِنِّي لَن يُجِيرَنِي مِنَ ٱللَّهِ أَحَدٞ وَلَنۡ أَجِدَ مِن دُونِهِۦ مُلۡتَحَدًا

    ✦22

    Say, "Indeed, there will never protect me from Allah anyone [if I should disobey], nor will I find in other than Him a refuge

    പറയുക: അല്ലാഹുവി (ന്‍റെ ശിക്ഷയി) ല്‍ നിന്ന് ഒരാളും എനിക്ക് അഭയം നല്‍കുകയേ ഇല്ല; തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവന്നു പുറമെ ഒരു അഭയസ്ഥാനവും ഞാന്‍ ഒരിക്കലും കണ്ടെത്തുകയുമില്ല

23. إِلَّا بَلَٰغٗا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِسَٰلَٰتِهِۦۚ وَمَن يَعۡصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَإِنَّ لَهُۥ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا

    ✦23

    But [I have for you] only notification from Allah, and His messages." And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger - then indeed, for him is the fire of Hell; they will abide therein forever

    അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കല്‍ നിന്നുള്ള പ്രബോധനവും അവന്‍റെ സന്ദേശങ്ങളും ഒഴികെ (മറ്റൊന്നും എന്‍റെ അധീനതയിലില്ല.) വല്ലവനും അല്ലാഹുവെയും അവന്‍റെ ദൂതനെയും ധിക്കരിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവന്നുള്ളതാണ് നരകാഗ്നി. അത്തരക്കാര്‍ അതില്‍ നിത്യവാസികളായിരിക്കും

24. حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا رَأَوۡاْ مَا يُوعَدُونَ فَسَيَعۡلَمُونَ مَنۡ أَضۡعَفُ نَاصِرٗا وَأَقَلُّ عَدَدٗا

    ✦24

    [The disbelievers continue] until, when they see that which they are promised, then they will know who is weaker in helpers and less in number

    അങ്ങനെ അവര്‍ക്ക് താക്കീത് നല്‍കപ്പെടുന്ന കാര്യം അവര്‍ കണ്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ ഏറ്റവും ദുര്‍ബലനായ സഹായി ആരാണെന്നും എണ്ണത്തില്‍ ഏറ്റവും കുറവ് ആരാണെന്നും അവര്‍ മനസ്സിലാക്കികൊള്ളും

25. قُلۡ إِنۡ أَدۡرِيٓ أَقَرِيبٞ مَّا تُوعَدُونَ أَمۡ يَجۡعَلُ لَهُۥ رَبِّيٓ أَمَدًا

    ✦25

    Say, "I do not know if what you are promised is near or if my Lord will grant for it a [long] period

    (നബിയേ,) പറയുക: നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് താക്കീത് നല്‍കപ്പെടുന്ന കാര്യം അടുത്തു തന്നെയാണോ അതല്ല എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് അതിന് അവധി വെച്ചേക്കുമോ എന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല

26. عَٰلِمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ فَلَا يُظۡهِرُ عَلَىٰ غَيۡبِهِۦٓ أَحَدًا

    ✦26

    [He is] Knower of the unseen, and He does not disclose His [knowledge of the] unseen to anyone

    അവന്‍ അദൃശ്യം അറിയുന്നവനാണ്‌. എന്നാല്‍ അവന്‍ തന്‍റെ അദൃശ്യജ്ഞാനം യാതൊരാള്‍ക്കും വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി കൊടുക്കുകയില്ല

27. إِلَّا مَنِ ٱرۡتَضَىٰ مِن رَّسُولٖ فَإِنَّهُۥ يَسۡلُكُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِ يَدَيۡهِ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦ رَصَدٗا

    ✦27

    Except whom He has approved of messengers, and indeed, He sends before each messenger and behind him observers

    അവന്‍ തൃപ്തിപ്പെട്ട വല്ല ദൂതന്നുമല്ലാതെ. എന്നാല്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ (ദൂതന്‍റെ) മുന്നിലും പിന്നിലും അവന്‍ കാവല്‍ക്കാരെ ഏര്‍പെടുത്തുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്‌

28. لِّيَعۡلَمَ أَن قَدۡ أَبۡلَغُواْ رِسَٰلَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيۡهِمۡ وَأَحۡصَىٰ كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ عَدَدَۢا

    ✦28

    That he may know that they have conveyed the messages of their Lord; and He has encompassed whatever is with them and has enumerated all things in number

    അവര്‍ (ദൂതന്‍മാര്‍) തങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ ദൌത്യങ്ങള്‍ എത്തിച്ചുകൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന് അവന്‍ (അല്ലാഹു) അറിയാന്‍ വേണ്ടി. അവരുടെ പക്കലുള്ളതിനെ അവന്‍ പരിപൂര്‍ണ്ണമായി അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. എല്ലാ വസ്തുവിന്‍റെയും എണ്ണം അവന്‍ തിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു
