بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَوۡفُواْ بِٱلۡعُقُودِۚ أُحِلَّتۡ لَكُم بَهِيمَةُ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ إِلَّا مَا يُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡ غَيۡرَ مُحِلِّي ٱلصَّيۡدِ وَأَنتُمۡ حُرُمٌۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحۡكُمُ مَا يُرِيدُ
1O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts. Lawful for you are the animals of grazing livestock except for that which is recited to you [in this Qur'an] - hunting not being permitted while you are in the state of ihram. Indeed, Allah ordains what He intends
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങള് കരാറുകള് നിറവേറ്റുക. (പിന്നീട്) നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിവരിച്ചുതരുന്നതൊഴിച്ചുള്ള ആട്, മാട്, ഒട്ടകം എന്നീ ഇനങ്ങളില് പെട്ട മൃഗങ്ങള് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാല് നിങ്ങള് ഇഹ്റാമില് പ്രവേശിച്ചവരായിരിക്കെ വേട്ടയാടുന്നത് അനുവദനീയമാക്കരുത്. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് വിധിക്കുന്നു
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُحِلُّواْ شَعَـٰٓئِرَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا ٱلشَّهۡرَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ وَلَا ٱلۡهَدۡيَ وَلَا ٱلۡقَلَـٰٓئِدَ وَلَآ ءَآمِّينَ ٱلۡبَيۡتَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ يَبۡتَغُونَ فَضۡلٗا مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ وَرِضۡوَٰنٗاۚ وَإِذَا حَلَلۡتُمۡ فَٱصۡطَادُواْۚ وَلَا يَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ أَن صَدُّوكُمۡ عَنِ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ أَن تَعۡتَدُواْۘ وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلۡبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقۡوَىٰۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡعُدۡوَٰنِۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ
2O you who have believed, do not violate the rites of Allah or [the sanctity of] the sacred month or [neglect the marking of] the sacrificial animals and garlanding [them] or [violate the safety of] those coming to the Sacred House seeking bounty from their Lord and [His] approval. But when you come out of ihram, then [you may] hunt. And do not let the hatred of a people for having obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Haram lead you to transgress. And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ മതചിഹ്നങ്ങളെ നിങ്ങള് അനാദരിക്കരുത്. പവിത്രമായ മാസത്തെയും (കഅ്ബത്തിങ്കലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന) ബലിമൃഗങ്ങളെയും, (അവയുടെ കഴുത്തിലെ) അടയാളത്താലികളെയും നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹവും പൊരുത്തവും തേടിക്കൊണ്ട് വിശുദ്ധ മന്ദിരത്തെ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കിപ്പോകുന്ന തീര്ത്ഥാടകരെയും (നിങ്ങള് അനാദരിക്കരുത്.) എന്നാല് ഇഹ്റാമില് നിന്ന് നിങ്ങള് ഒഴിവായാല് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വേട്ടയാടാവുന്നതാണ്. മസ്ജിദുല് ഹറാമില് നിന്ന് നിങ്ങളെ തടഞ്ഞു എന്നതിന്റെ പേരില് ഒരു ജനവിഭാഗത്തോട് നിങ്ങള്ക്കുള്ള അമര്ഷം അതിക്രമം പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നതിന്ന് നിങ്ങള്ക്കൊരിക്കലും പ്രേരകമാകരുത്. പുണ്യത്തിലും ധര്മ്മനിഷ്ഠയിലും നിങ്ങള് അന്യോന്യം സഹായിക്കുക. പാപത്തിലും അതിക്രമത്തിലും നിങ്ങള് അന്യോന്യം സഹായിക്കരുത്. നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു കഠിനമായി ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നവനാകുന്നു
حُرِّمَتۡ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡمَيۡتَةُ وَٱلدَّمُ وَلَحۡمُ ٱلۡخِنزِيرِ وَمَآ أُهِلَّ لِغَيۡرِ ٱللَّهِ بِهِۦ وَٱلۡمُنۡخَنِقَةُ وَٱلۡمَوۡقُوذَةُ وَٱلۡمُتَرَدِّيَةُ وَٱلنَّطِيحَةُ وَمَآ أَكَلَ ٱلسَّبُعُ إِلَّا مَا ذَكَّيۡتُمۡ وَمَا ذُبِحَ عَلَى ٱلنُّصُبِ وَأَن تَسۡتَقۡسِمُواْ بِٱلۡأَزۡلَٰمِۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ فِسۡقٌۗ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ يَئِسَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن دِينِكُمۡ فَلَا تَخۡشَوۡهُمۡ وَٱخۡشَوۡنِۚ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ أَكۡمَلۡتُ لَكُمۡ دِينَكُمۡ وَأَتۡمَمۡتُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ نِعۡمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ ٱلۡإِسۡلَٰمَ دِينٗاۚ فَمَنِ ٱضۡطُرَّ فِي مَخۡمَصَةٍ غَيۡرَ مُتَجَانِفٖ لِّإِثۡمٖ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
3Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah, and [those animals] killed by strangling or by a violent blow or by a head-long fall or by the goring of horns, and those from which a wild animal has eaten, except what you [are able to] slaughter [before its death], and those which are sacrificed on stone altars, and [prohibited is] that you seek decision through divining arrows. That is grave disobedience. This day those who disbelieve have despaired of [defeating] your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion. But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful
ശവം, രക്തം, പന്നിമാംസം, അല്ലാഹു അല്ലാത്തവരുടെ പേരില് അറുക്കപ്പെട്ടത്, ശ്വാസം മുട്ടി ചത്തത്, അടിച്ചുകൊന്നത്, വീണുചത്തത്, കുത്തേറ്റ് ചത്തത്, വന്യമൃഗം കടിച്ചുതിന്നത് എന്നിവ നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാല് (ജീവനോടെ) നിങ്ങള് അറുത്തത് ഇതില് നിന്നൊഴിവാകുന്നു. പ്രതിഷ്ഠകള്ക്കുമുമ്പില് ബലിയര്പ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടതും (നിങ്ങള്ക്ക്) നിഷിദ്ധമാകുന്നു. അമ്പുകളുപയോഗിച്ച് ഭാഗ്യം നോക്കലും (നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.) അതൊക്കെ അധര്മ്മമാകുന്നു. ഇന്ന് സത്യനിഷേധികള് നിങ്ങളുടെ മതത്തെ നേരിടുന്ന കാര്യത്തില് നിരാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. അതിനാല് അവരെ നിങ്ങള് പേടിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. എന്നെ നിങ്ങള് പേടിക്കുക. ഇന്ന് ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നിങ്ങളുടെ മതം പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കി തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഞാന് നിറവേറ്റിത്തരികയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. മതമായി ഇസ്ലാമിനെ ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് തൃപ്തിപ്പെട്ട് തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. വല്ലവനും പട്ടിണി കാരണം (നിഷിദ്ധമായത്) തിന്നുവാന് നിര്ബന്ധിതനാകുന്ന പക്ഷം അവന് അധര്മ്മത്തിലേക്ക് ചായ്വുള്ളവനല്ലെങ്കില് തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു ഏറെ പൊറുക്കുന്നവനും കരുണ കാണിക്കുന്നവനുമാകുന്നു
يَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ مَاذَآ أُحِلَّ لَهُمۡۖ قُلۡ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتُ وَمَا عَلَّمۡتُم مِّنَ ٱلۡجَوَارِحِ مُكَلِّبِينَ تُعَلِّمُونَهُنَّ مِمَّا عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱللَّهُۖ فَكُلُواْ مِمَّآ أَمۡسَكۡنَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱسۡمَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡهِۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلۡحِسَابِ
4They ask you, [O Muhammad], what has been made lawful for them. Say, "Lawful for you are [all] good foods and [game caught by] what you have trained of hunting animals which you train as Allah has taught you. So eat of what they catch for you, and mention the name of Allah upon it, and fear Allah." Indeed, Allah is swift in account
തങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത് എന്തൊക്കെയാണെന്ന് അവര് നിന്നോട് ചോദിക്കും. പറയുക: നല്ല വസ്തുക്കളെല്ലാം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നല്കിയ വിദ്യ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നായാട്ട് പരിശീലിപ്പിക്കാറുള്ള രീതിയില് നിങ്ങള് പഠിപ്പിച്ചെടുത്ത ഏതെങ്കിലും വേട്ടമൃഗം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വേണ്ടി പിടിച്ച് കൊണ്ടുവന്നതില് നിന്ന് നിങ്ങള് തിന്നുകൊള്ളുക. ആ ഉരുവിന്റെ മേല് നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ നാമം ഉച്ചരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു അതിവേഗം കണക്ക് നോക്കുന്നവനാകുന്നു
ٱلۡيَوۡمَ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتُۖ وَطَعَامُ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ حِلّٞ لَّكُمۡ وَطَعَامُكُمۡ حِلّٞ لَّهُمۡۖ وَٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ وَٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتُ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ إِذَآ ءَاتَيۡتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ مُحۡصِنِينَ غَيۡرَ مُسَٰفِحِينَ وَلَا مُتَّخِذِيٓ أَخۡدَانٖۗ وَمَن يَكۡفُرۡ بِٱلۡإِيمَٰنِ فَقَدۡ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُۥ وَهُوَ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ مِنَ ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ
5This day [all] good foods have been made lawful, and the food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them. And [lawful in marriage are] chaste women from among the believers and chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture before you, when you have given them their due compensation, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse or taking [secret] lovers. And whoever denies the faith - his work has become worthless, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers
എല്ലാ നല്ല വസ്തുക്കളും ഇന്ന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. വേദം നല്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ ഭക്ഷണം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുവദനീയമാണ്. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഭക്ഷണം അവര്ക്കും അനുവദനീയമാണ്. സത്യവിശ്വാസിനികളില് നിന്നുള്ള പതിവ്രതകളായ സ്ത്രീകളും, നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് മുമ്പ് വേദം നല്കപ്പെട്ടവരില് നിന്നുള്ള പതിവ്രതകളായ സ്ത്രീകളും - നിങ്ങള വര്ക്ക് വിവാഹമൂല്യം നല്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില് - (നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.) നിങ്ങള് വൈവാഹിക ജീവിതത്തില് ഒതുങ്ങി നില്ക്കുന്നവരായിരിക്കണം. വ്യഭിചാരത്തില് ഏര്പെടുന്നവരാകരുത്. രഹസ്യവേഴ്ചക്കാരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവരുമാകരുത്. സത്യവിശ്വാസത്തെ ആരെങ്കിലും തള്ളിക്കളയുന്ന പക്ഷം അവന്റെ കര്മ്മം നിഷ്ഫലമായിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു. പരലോകത്ത് അവന് നഷ്ടം പറ്റിയവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലായിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا قُمۡتُمۡ إِلَى ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ فَٱغۡسِلُواْ وُجُوهَكُمۡ وَأَيۡدِيَكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡمَرَافِقِ وَٱمۡسَحُواْ بِرُءُوسِكُمۡ وَأَرۡجُلَكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡكَعۡبَيۡنِۚ وَإِن كُنتُمۡ جُنُبٗا فَٱطَّهَّرُواْۚ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرۡضَىٰٓ أَوۡ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ أَوۡ جَآءَ أَحَدٞ مِّنكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡغَآئِطِ أَوۡ لَٰمَسۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فَلَمۡ تَجِدُواْ مَآءٗ فَتَيَمَّمُواْ صَعِيدٗا طَيِّبٗا فَٱمۡسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِكُمۡ وَأَيۡدِيكُم مِّنۡهُۚ مَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيَجۡعَلَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّنۡ حَرَجٖ وَلَٰكِن يُرِيدُ لِيُطَهِّرَكُمۡ وَلِيُتِمَّ نِعۡمَتَهُۥ عَلَيۡكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ
6O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves. But if you are ill or on a journey or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself or you have contacted women and do not find water, then seek clean earth and wipe over your faces and hands with it. Allah does not intend to make difficulty for you, but He intends to purify you and complete His favor upon you that you may be grateful
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങള് നമസ്കാരത്തിന് ഒരുങ്ങിയാല്, നിങ്ങളുടെ മുഖങ്ങളും, മുട്ടുവരെ രണ്ടുകൈകളും കഴുകുകയും, നിങ്ങളുടെ തല തടവുകയും നെരിയാണിവരെ രണ്ട് കാലുകള് കഴുകുകയും ചെയ്യുക. നിങ്ങള് ജനാബത്ത് (വലിയ അശുദ്ധി) ബാധിച്ചവരായാല് നിങ്ങള് (കുളിച്ച്) ശുദ്ധിയാകുക. നിങ്ങള് രോഗികളാകുകയോ യാത്രയിലാകുകയോ ചെയ്താല്, അല്ലെങ്കില് നിങ്ങളിലൊരാള് മലമൂത്രവിസര്ജ്ജനം കഴിഞ്ഞ് വരികയോ, നിങ്ങള് സ്ത്രീകളുമായി സംസര്ഗം നടത്തുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ട് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വെള്ളം കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കില് ശുദ്ധമായ ഭൂമുഖം തേടിക്കൊള്ളുക. എന്നിട്ട് അതുകൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങളുടെ മുഖവും കൈകളും തടവുക. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഒരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും വരുത്തിവെക്കണമെന്ന് അല്ലാഹു ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നില്ല. എന്നാല് നിങ്ങളെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കണമെന്നും, തന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കിത്തരണമെന്നും അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങള് നന്ദിയുള്ളവരായേക്കാം
وَٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَمِيثَٰقَهُ ٱلَّذِي وَاثَقَكُم بِهِۦٓ إِذۡ قُلۡتُمۡ سَمِعۡنَا وَأَطَعۡنَاۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ
7And remember the favor of Allah upon you and His covenant with which He bound you when you said, "We hear and we obey"; and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts
അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ചെയ്തു തന്ന അനുഗ്രഹം നിങ്ങള് ഓര്ക്കുക. ഞങ്ങളിതാ കേള്ക്കുകയും അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് നിങ്ങള് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭത്തില് അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങളോട് ഉറപ്പേറിയ കരാര് വാങ്ങിയതും (ഓര്ക്കുക) നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു മനസ്സുകളിലുള്ളത് അറിയുന്നവനാകുന്നു
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّـٰمِينَ لِلَّهِ شُهَدَآءَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۖ وَلَا يَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَلَّا تَعۡدِلُواْۚ ٱعۡدِلُواْ هُوَ أَقۡرَبُ لِلتَّقۡوَىٰۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ
8O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for Allah, witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you do
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവിന്ന് വേണ്ടി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നവരും, നീതിക്ക് സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കുന്നവരുമായിരിക്കുക. ഒരു ജനതയോടുള്ള അമര്ഷം നീതി പാലിക്കാതിരിക്കാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് പ്രേരകമാകരുത്. നിങ്ങള് നീതി പാലിക്കുക. അതാണ് ധര്മ്മനിഷ്ഠയോട് ഏറ്റവും അടുത്തത്. നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക. തീര്ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നതിനെ കുറിച്ചെല്ലാം അല്ലാഹു സൂക്ഷ്മമായി അറിയുന്നവനാകുന്നു
وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةٞ وَأَجۡرٌ عَظِيمٞ
9Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds [that] for them there is forgiveness and great reward
വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും, സല്കര്മ്മങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവരോട് അല്ലാഹു വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അവര്ക്ക് പാപമോചനവും മഹത്തായ പ്രതിഫലവും ഉണ്ടെന്ന്
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ
10But those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those are the companions of Hellfire
അവിശ്വസിക്കുകയും നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളെ നിഷേധിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവരാരോ അവരാകുന്നു നരകാവകാശികള്
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ هَمَّ قَوۡمٌ أَن يَبۡسُطُوٓاْ إِلَيۡكُمۡ أَيۡدِيَهُمۡ فَكَفَّ أَيۡدِيَهُمۡ عَنكُمۡۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ
11O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when a people determined to extend their hands [in aggression] against you, but He withheld their hands from you; and fear Allah. And upon Allah let the believers rely
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, ഒരു ജനവിഭാഗം നിങ്ങളുടെ നേരെ (ആക്രമണാര്ത്ഥം) അവരുടെ കൈകള് നീട്ടുവാന് മുതിര്ന്നപ്പോള്, അവരുടെ കൈകളെ നിങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് തട്ടിമാറ്റിക്കൊണ്ട് അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ചെയ്തു തന്ന അനുഗ്രഹം നിങ്ങള് ഓര്ക്കുവിന്. നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക. സത്യവിശ്വാസികള് അല്ലാഹുവില് മാത്രം ഭരമേല്പിക്കട്ടെ
۞وَلَقَدۡ أَخَذَ ٱللَّهُ مِيثَٰقَ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ وَبَعَثۡنَا مِنۡهُمُ ٱثۡنَيۡ عَشَرَ نَقِيبٗاۖ وَقَالَ ٱللَّهُ إِنِّي مَعَكُمۡۖ لَئِنۡ أَقَمۡتُمُ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَيۡتُمُ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَءَامَنتُم بِرُسُلِي وَعَزَّرۡتُمُوهُمۡ وَأَقۡرَضۡتُمُ ٱللَّهَ قَرۡضًا حَسَنٗا لَّأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنكُمۡ سَيِّـَٔاتِكُمۡ وَلَأُدۡخِلَنَّكُمۡ جَنَّـٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۚ فَمَن كَفَرَ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ مِنكُمۡ فَقَدۡ ضَلَّ سَوَآءَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ
12And Allah had already taken a covenant from the Children of Israel, and We delegated from among them twelve leaders. And Allah said, "I am with you. If you establish prayer and give zakah and believe in My messengers and support them and loan Allah a goodly loan, I will surely remove from you your misdeeds and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow. But whoever of you disbelieves after that has certainly strayed from the soundness of the way
അല്ലാഹു ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികളോട് കരാര് വാങ്ങുകയും, അവരില് നിന്ന് പന്ത്രണ്ട് നേതാക്കന്മാരെ നിയോഗിക്കുകയുമുണ്ടായി. അല്ലാഹു (അവരോട്) പറഞ്ഞു: തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് നിങ്ങളുടെ കൂടെയുണ്ട്. നിങ്ങള് പ്രാര്ത്ഥന മുറപോലെ നിര്വഹിക്കുകയും, സകാത്ത് നല്കുകയും, എന്റെ ദൂതന്മാരില് വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും, അവരെ സഹായിക്കുകയും, അല്ലാഹുവിന്ന് ഉത്തമമായ കടം കൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം തീര്ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങളുടെ തിന്മകള് നിങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് ഞാന് മായ്ച്ചുകളയുകയും, താഴ്ഭാഗത്ത് കൂടി അരുവികള് ഒഴുകുന്ന സ്വര്ഗത്തോപ്പുകളില് നിങ്ങളെ ഞാന് പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാല് അതിനു ശേഷം നിങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് ആര് അവിശ്വസിച്ചുവോ അവന് നേര്മാര്ഗത്തില് നിന്ന് തെറ്റിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നു
فَبِمَا نَقۡضِهِم مِّيثَٰقَهُمۡ لَعَنَّـٰهُمۡ وَجَعَلۡنَا قُلُوبَهُمۡ قَٰسِيَةٗۖ يُحَرِّفُونَ ٱلۡكَلِمَ عَن مَّوَاضِعِهِۦ وَنَسُواْ حَظّٗا مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِۦۚ وَلَا تَزَالُ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَىٰ خَآئِنَةٖ مِّنۡهُمۡ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّنۡهُمۡۖ فَٱعۡفُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَٱصۡفَحۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
13So for their breaking of the covenant We cursed them and made their hearts hard. They distort words from their [proper] usages and have forgotten a portion of that of which they were reminded. And you will still observe deceit among them, except a few of them. But pardon them and overlook [their misdeeds]. Indeed, Allah loves the doers of good
അങ്ങനെ അവര് കരാര് ലംഘിച്ചതിന്റെ ഫലമായി നാം അവരെ ശപിക്കുകയും, അവരുടെ മനസ്സുകളെ നാം കടുത്തതാക്കിത്തീര്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. വേദവാക്യങ്ങളെ അവയുടെ സ്ഥാനങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് അവര് തെറ്റിക്കുന്നു. അവര്ക്ക് ഉല്ബോധനം നല്കപ്പെട്ടതില് ഒരു ഭാഗം അവര് മറന്നുകളയുകയും ചെയ്തു. അവര് - അല്പം ചിലരൊഴികെ - നടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വഞ്ചന (മേലിലും) നീ കണ്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. എന്നാല് അവര്ക്ക് നീ മാപ്പുനല്കുകയും അവരോട് വിട്ടുവീഴ്ച കാണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. നല്ല നിലയില് വര്ത്തിക്കുന്നവരെ തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടും
وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا نَصَٰرَىٰٓ أَخَذۡنَا مِيثَٰقَهُمۡ فَنَسُواْ حَظّٗا مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِۦ فَأَغۡرَيۡنَا بَيۡنَهُمُ ٱلۡعَدَاوَةَ وَٱلۡبَغۡضَآءَ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ وَسَوۡفَ يُنَبِّئُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصۡنَعُونَ
14And from those who say, "We are Christians" We took their covenant; but they forgot a portion of that of which they were reminded. So We caused among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. And Allah is going to inform them about what they used to do
ഞങ്ങള് ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികളാണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞവരില് നിന്നും നാം കരാര് വാങ്ങുകയുണ്ടായി. എന്നിട്ട് അവര്ക്ക് ഉല്ബോധനം നല്കപ്പെട്ടതില് നിന്ന് ഒരു ഭാഗം അവര് മറന്നുകളഞ്ഞു. അതിനാല് അവര്ക്കിടയില് ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിന്റെ നാളുവരേക്കും ശത്രുതയും വിദ്വേഷവും നാം ഇളക്കിവിട്ടു. അവര് ചെയ്ത്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റിയെല്ലാം അല്ലാഹു പിന്നീടവരെ പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്
يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ قَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمۡ كَثِيرٗا مِّمَّا كُنتُمۡ تُخۡفُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَيَعۡفُواْ عَن كَثِيرٖۚ قَدۡ جَآءَكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ نُورٞ وَكِتَٰبٞ مُّبِينٞ
15O People of the Scripture, there has come to you Our Messenger making clear to you much of what you used to conceal of the Scripture and overlooking much. There has come to you from Allah a light and a clear Book
വേദക്കാരേ, വേദഗ്രന്ഥത്തില് നിന്ന് നിങ്ങള് മറച്ച് വെച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന പലതും നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിത്തന്നുകൊണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ ദൂതന് (ഇതാ) നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്ത് വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. പലതും അദ്ദേഹം മാപ്പാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. നിങ്ങള്ക്കിതാ അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് ഒരു പ്രകാശവും വ്യക്തമായ ഒരു ഗ്രന്ഥവും വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു
يَهۡدِي بِهِ ٱللَّهُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضۡوَٰنَهُۥ سُبُلَ ٱلسَّلَٰمِ وَيُخۡرِجُهُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذۡنِهِۦ وَيَهۡدِيهِمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ
16By which Allah guides those who pursue His pleasure to the ways of peace and brings them out from darknesses into the light, by His permission, and guides them to a straight path
അല്ലാഹു തന്റെ പൊരുത്തം തേടിയവരെ അത് മുഖേന സമാധാനത്തിന്റെ വഴികളിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്നു. തന്റെ ഉത്തരവ് മുഖേന അവരെ അന്ധകാരങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് അവന് പ്രകാശത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവരുകയും, നേരായ പാതയിലേക്ക് അവരെ നയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു
لَّقَدۡ كَفَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡمَسِيحُ ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَۚ قُلۡ فَمَن يَمۡلِكُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيۡـًٔا إِنۡ أَرَادَ أَن يُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡمَسِيحَ ٱبۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ وَأُمَّهُۥ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗاۗ وَلِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَاۚ يَخۡلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
17They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allah is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allah at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allah is over all things competent
മര്യമിന്റെ മകന് മസീഹ് തന്നെയാണ് അല്ലാഹു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞവര് തീര്ച്ചയായും അവിശ്വാസികളായിരിക്കുന്നു. (നബിയേ,) പറയുക: മര്യമിന്റെ മകന് മസീഹിനെയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മാതാവിനെയും, ഭൂമിയിലുള്ള മുഴുവന് പേരെയും അല്ലാഹു നശിപ്പിക്കാന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുകയാണെങ്കില് അവന്റെ വല്ല നടപടിയിലും സ്വാധീനം ചെലുത്താന് ആര്ക്കാണ് കഴിയുക? ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും, ഭൂമിയുടെയും, അവയ്ക്കിടയിലുള്ളതിന്റെയും എല്ലാം ആധിപത്യം അല്ലാഹുവിന്നത്രെ. അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് അവന് സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു ഏത് കാര്യത്തിനും കഴിവുള്ളവനത്രെ
وَقَالَتِ ٱلۡيَهُودُ وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ نَحۡنُ أَبۡنَـٰٓؤُاْ ٱللَّهِ وَأَحِبَّـٰٓؤُهُۥۚ قُلۡ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُم بِذُنُوبِكُمۖ بَلۡ أَنتُم بَشَرٞ مِّمَّنۡ خَلَقَۚ يَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَلِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
18But the Jews and the Christians say, "We are the children of Allah and His beloved." Say, "Then why does He punish you for your sins?" Rather, you are human beings from among those He has created. He forgives whom He wills, and He punishes whom He wills. And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, and to Him is the [final] destination
യഹൂദരും ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികളും പറഞ്ഞു: ഞങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ മക്കളും അവന്ന് പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരുമാകുന്നു എന്ന്. (നബിയേ,) പറയുക: പിന്നെ എന്തിനാണ് നിങ്ങളുടെ കുറ്റങ്ങള്ക്ക് അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങളെ ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്? അങ്ങനെയല്ല; അവന്റെ സൃഷ്ടികളില് പെട്ട മനുഷ്യര് മാത്രമാകുന്നു നിങ്ങള്. അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് അവന് പൊറുത്തുകൊടുക്കുകയും, അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരെ അവന് ശിക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും, ഭൂമിയുടെയും, അവയ്ക്കിടയിലുള്ളതിന്റെയും എല്ലാം ആധിപത്യം അല്ലാഹുവിനത്രെ. അവങ്കലേക്ക് തന്നെയാണ് മടക്കം
يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ قَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمۡ عَلَىٰ فَتۡرَةٖ مِّنَ ٱلرُّسُلِ أَن تَقُولُواْ مَا جَآءَنَا مِنۢ بَشِيرٖ وَلَا نَذِيرٖۖ فَقَدۡ جَآءَكُم بَشِيرٞ وَنَذِيرٞۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
19O People of the Scripture, there has come to you Our Messenger to make clear to you [the religion] after a period [of suspension] of messengers, lest you say, "There came not to us any bringer of good tidings or a warner." But there has come to you a bringer of good tidings and a warner. And Allah is over all things competent
വേദക്കാരേ, ദൈവദൂതന്മാര് വരാതെ ഒരു ഇടവേള കഴിഞ്ഞ ശേഷം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് (കാര്യങ്ങള്) വിവരിച്ചുതന്നു കൊണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ ദൂതന് ഇതാ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്ത് വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്ത് ഒരു സന്തോഷവാര്ത്തക്കാരനോ, താക്കീതുകാരനോ വന്നില്ല എന്ന് നിങ്ങള് പറയാതിരിക്കാന് വേണ്ടിയാണിത്. അതെ, നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് സന്തോഷവാര്ത്ത അറിയിക്കുകയും, താക്കീത് നല്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ആള് (ഇതാ) വന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു ഏത് കാര്യത്തിനും കഴിവുള്ളവനത്രെ
وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِۦ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ جَعَلَ فِيكُمۡ أَنۢبِيَآءَ وَجَعَلَكُم مُّلُوكٗا وَءَاتَىٰكُم مَّا لَمۡ يُؤۡتِ أَحَدٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
20And [mention, O Muhammad], when Moses said to his people, "O my people, remember the favor of Allah upon you when He appointed among you prophets and made you possessors and gave you that which He had not given anyone among the worlds
മൂസാ തന്റെ ജനതയോട് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം (ഓര്ക്കുക:) എന്റെ ജനങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങളില് പ്രവാചകന്മാരെ നിയോഗിക്കുകയും, നിങ്ങളെ രാജാക്കന്മാരാക്കുകയും, മനുഷ്യരില് നിന്ന് മറ്റാര്ക്കും നല്കിയിട്ടില്ലാത്ത പലതും നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നല്കുകയും ചെയ്ത്കൊണ്ട് അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങളെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചത് നിങ്ങള് ഓര്ക്കുക
يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ ٱلۡمُقَدَّسَةَ ٱلَّتِي كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ وَلَا تَرۡتَدُّواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَدۡبَارِكُمۡ فَتَنقَلِبُواْ خَٰسِرِينَ
21O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah has assigned to you and do not turn back [from fighting in Allah 's cause] and [thus] become losers
എന്റെ ജനങ്ങളേ, അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിധിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പവിത്രഭൂമിയില് നിങ്ങള് പ്രവേശിക്കുവിന്. നിങ്ങള് പിന്നോക്കം മടങ്ങരുത്. എങ്കില് നിങ്ങള് നഷ്ടക്കാരായി മാറും
قَالُواْ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّ فِيهَا قَوۡمٗا جَبَّارِينَ وَإِنَّا لَن نَّدۡخُلَهَا حَتَّىٰ يَخۡرُجُواْ مِنۡهَا فَإِن يَخۡرُجُواْ مِنۡهَا فَإِنَّا دَٰخِلُونَ
22They said, "O Moses, indeed within it is a people of tyrannical strength, and indeed, we will never enter it until they leave it; but if they leave it, then we will enter
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: ഓ; മൂസാ, പരാക്രമശാലികളായ ഒരു ജനതയാണ് അവിടെയുള്ളത്. അവര് അവിടെ നിന്ന് പുറത്ത് പോകുന്നത് വരെ ഞങ്ങള് അവിടെ പ്രവേശിക്കുകയേയില്ല. അവര് അവിടെ നിന്ന് പുറത്ത് പോകുന്ന പക്ഷം തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള് (അവിടെ) പ്രവേശിച്ചുകൊള്ളാം
قَالَ رَجُلَانِ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ أَنۡعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمَا ٱدۡخُلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡبَابَ فَإِذَا دَخَلۡتُمُوهُ فَإِنَّكُمۡ غَٰلِبُونَۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَتَوَكَّلُوٓاْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
23Said two men from those who feared [to disobey] upon whom Allah had bestowed favor, "Enter upon them through the gate, for when you have entered it, you will be predominant. And upon Allah rely, if you should be believers
ദൈവഭയമുള്ളവരില് പെട്ട, അല്ലാഹു അനുഗ്രഹിച്ച രണ്ടുപേര് പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള് അവരുടെ നേര്ക്ക് കവാടം കടന്നങ്ങ് ചെല്ലുക. അങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങള് കടന്ന് ചെന്നാല് തീര്ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങള് തന്നെയായിരിക്കും ജയിക്കുന്നത്. നിങ്ങള് വിശ്വാസികളാണെങ്കില് അല്ലാഹുവില് നിങ്ങള് ഭരമേല്പിക്കുക
قَالُواْ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَن نَّدۡخُلَهَآ أَبَدٗا مَّا دَامُواْ فِيهَا فَٱذۡهَبۡ أَنتَ وَرَبُّكَ فَقَٰتِلَآ إِنَّا هَٰهُنَا قَٰعِدُونَ
24They said, "O Moses, indeed we will not enter it, ever, as long as they are within it; so go, you and your Lord, and fight. Indeed, we are remaining right here
അപ്പോള് അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: ഓ; മൂസാ, അവരവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്ന കാലത്തോളം ഞങ്ങളൊരിക്കലും അവിടെ പ്രവേശിക്കുകയില്ല. അതിനാല് താങ്കളും താങ്കളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവും കൂടിപ്പോയി യുദ്ധം ചെയ്ത് കൊള്ളുക. ഞങ്ങള് ഇവിടെ ഇരിക്കുകയാണ്
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي لَآ أَمۡلِكُ إِلَّا نَفۡسِي وَأَخِيۖ فَٱفۡرُقۡ بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
25[Moses] said, "My Lord, indeed I do not possess except myself and my brother, so part us from the defiantly disobedient people
അദ്ദേഹം (മൂസാ) പറഞ്ഞു: എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, എന്റെയും എന്റെ സഹോദരന്റെയും കാര്യമല്ലാതെ എന്റെ അധീനത്തിലില്ല. ആകയാല് ഞങ്ങളെയും ഈ ധിക്കാരികളായ ജനങ്ങളെയും തമ്മില് വേര്പിരിക്കേണമേ
قَالَ فَإِنَّهَا مُحَرَّمَةٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡۛ أَرۡبَعِينَ سَنَةٗۛ يَتِيهُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ فَلَا تَأۡسَ عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
26[Allah] said, "Then indeed, it is forbidden to them for forty years [in which] they will wander throughout the land. So do not grieve over the defiantly disobedient people
അവന് (അല്ലാഹു) പറഞ്ഞു: എന്നാല് ആ നാട് നാല്പത് കൊല്ലത്തേക്ക് അവര്ക്ക് വിലക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്; തീര്ച്ച. (അക്കാലമത്രയും) അവര് ഭൂമിയില് അന്തം വിട്ട് അലഞ്ഞ് നടക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആകയാല് ആ ധിക്കാരികളായ ജനങ്ങളുടെ പേരില് നീ ദുഃഖിക്കരുത്
۞وَٱتۡلُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ نَبَأَ ٱبۡنَيۡ ءَادَمَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ إِذۡ قَرَّبَا قُرۡبَانٗا فَتُقُبِّلَ مِنۡ أَحَدِهِمَا وَلَمۡ يُتَقَبَّلۡ مِنَ ٱلۡأٓخَرِ قَالَ لَأَقۡتُلَنَّكَۖ قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
27And recite to them the story of Adam's two sons, in truth, when they both offered a sacrifice [to Allah], and it was accepted from one of them but was not accepted from the other. Said [the latter], "I will surely kill you." Said [the former], "Indeed, Allah only accepts from the righteous [who fear Him]
(നബിയേ,) നീ അവര്ക്ക് ആദമിന്റെ രണ്ടുപുത്രന്മാരുടെ വൃത്താന്തം സത്യപ്രകാരം പറഞ്ഞുകേള്പിക്കുക: അവര് ഇരുവരും ഓരോ ബലിയര്പ്പിച്ച സന്ദര്ഭം, ഒരാളില് നിന്ന് ബലി സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. മറ്റവനില് നിന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടില്ല. മറ്റവന് പറഞ്ഞു: ഞാന് നിന്നെ കൊലപ്പെടുത്തുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. അവന് (ബലിസ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടവന്) പറഞ്ഞു: ധര്മ്മനിഷ്ഠയുള്ളവരില് നിന്നു മാത്രമേ അല്ലാഹു സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ
لَئِنۢ بَسَطتَ إِلَيَّ يَدَكَ لِتَقۡتُلَنِي مَآ أَنَا۠ بِبَاسِطٖ يَدِيَ إِلَيۡكَ لِأَقۡتُلَكَۖ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ ٱللَّهَ رَبَّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
28If you should raise your hand against me to kill me - I shall not raise my hand against you to kill you. Indeed, I fear Allah, Lord of the worlds
എന്നെ കൊല്ലുവാന് വേണ്ടി നീ എന്റെ നേരെ കൈനീട്ടിയാല് തന്നെയും, നിന്നെ കൊല്ലുവാന് വേണ്ടി ഞാന് നിന്റെ നേരെ കൈനീട്ടുന്നതല്ല. തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് ലോകരക്ഷിതാവായ അല്ലാഹുവെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു
إِنِّيٓ أُرِيدُ أَن تَبُوٓأَ بِإِثۡمِي وَإِثۡمِكَ فَتَكُونَ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلنَّارِۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَـٰٓؤُاْ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
29Indeed I want you to obtain [thereby] my sin and your sin so you will be among the companions of the Fire. And that is the recompense of wrongdoers
എന്റെ കുറ്റത്തിനും, നിന്റെ കുറ്റത്തിനും നീ അര്ഹനായിത്തീരുവാനും, അങ്ങനെ നീ നരകാവകാശികളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലാകുവാനുമാണ് ഞാന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത്. അതാണ് അക്രമികള്ക്കുള്ള പ്രതിഫലം
فَطَوَّعَتۡ لَهُۥ نَفۡسُهُۥ قَتۡلَ أَخِيهِ فَقَتَلَهُۥ فَأَصۡبَحَ مِنَ ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ
30And his soul permitted to him the murder of his brother, so he killed him and became among the losers
എന്നിട്ട് തന്റെ സഹോദരനെ കൊല്ലുവാന് അവന്റെ മനസ്സ് അവന്ന് പ്രേരണ നല്കി. അങ്ങനെ അവനെ കൊലപ്പെടുത്തി. അതിനാല് അവന് നഷ്ടക്കാരില്പെട്ടവനായിത്തീര്ന്നു
فَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ غُرَابٗا يَبۡحَثُ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لِيُرِيَهُۥ كَيۡفَ يُوَٰرِي سَوۡءَةَ أَخِيهِۚ قَالَ يَٰوَيۡلَتَىٰٓ أَعَجَزۡتُ أَنۡ أَكُونَ مِثۡلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡغُرَابِ فَأُوَٰرِيَ سَوۡءَةَ أَخِيۖ فَأَصۡبَحَ مِنَ ٱلنَّـٰدِمِينَ
31Then Allah sent a crow searching in the ground to show him how to hide the disgrace of his brother. He said, "O woe to me! Have I failed to be like this crow and hide the body of my brother?" And he became of the regretful
അപ്പോള് തന്റെ സഹോദരന്റെ മൃതദേഹം മറവു ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് എങ്ങനെയെന്ന് അവന്ന് കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുവാനായി നിലത്ത് മാന്തികുഴിയുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഒരു കാക്കയെ അല്ലാഹു അയച്ചു. അവന് പറഞ്ഞു: എന്തൊരു കഷ്ടം! എന്റെ സഹോദരന്റെ മൃതദേഹം മറവുചെയ്യുന്ന കാര്യത്തില് ഈ കാക്കയെപ്പോലെ ആകാന് പോലും എനിക്ക് കഴിയാതെ പോയല്ലോ. അങ്ങനെ അവന് ഖേദക്കാരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലായിത്തീര്ന്നു
مِنۡ أَجۡلِ ذَٰلِكَ كَتَبۡنَا عَلَىٰ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ أَنَّهُۥ مَن قَتَلَ نَفۡسَۢا بِغَيۡرِ نَفۡسٍ أَوۡ فَسَادٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعٗا وَمَنۡ أَحۡيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَآ أَحۡيَا ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعٗاۚ وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُنَا بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُم بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لَمُسۡرِفُونَ
32Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors
അക്കാരണത്താല് ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികള്ക്ക് നാം ഇപ്രകാരം വിധിനല്കുകയുണ്ടായി: മറ്റൊരാളെ കൊന്നതിന് പകരമായോ, ഭൂമിയില് കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കിയതിന്റെ പേരിലോ അല്ലാതെ വല്ലവനും ഒരാളെ കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയാല്, അത് മനുഷ്യരെ മുഴുവന് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയതിന് തുല്യമാകുന്നു. ഒരാളുടെ ജീവന് വല്ലവനും രക്ഷിച്ചാല്, അത് മനുഷ്യരുടെ മുഴുവന് ജീവന് രക്ഷിച്ചതിന് തുല്യമാകുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ ദൂതന്മാര് വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവുകളുമായി അവരുടെ (ഇസ്രായീല്യരുടെ) അടുത്ത് ചെന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നിട്ട് അതിനു ശേഷം അവരില് ധാരാളം പേര് ഭൂമിയില് അതിക്രമം പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്
إِنَّمَا جَزَـٰٓؤُاْ ٱلَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَيَسۡعَوۡنَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَسَادًا أَن يُقَتَّلُوٓاْ أَوۡ يُصَلَّبُوٓاْ أَوۡ تُقَطَّعَ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَأَرۡجُلُهُم مِّنۡ خِلَٰفٍ أَوۡ يُنفَوۡاْ مِنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ ذَٰلِكَ لَهُمۡ خِزۡيٞ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ وَلَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
33Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment
അല്ലാഹുവോടും അവന്റെ ദൂതനോടും പോരാടുകയും, ഭൂമിയില് കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കാന് ശ്രമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവര്ക്കുള്ള പ്രതിഫലം അവര് കൊന്നൊടുക്കപ്പെടുകയോ, ക്രൂശിക്കപ്പെടുകയോ, അവരുടെ കൈകളും കാലുകളും എതിര്വശങ്ങളില് നിന്നായി മുറിച്ചുകളയപ്പെടുകയോ, നാടുകടത്തപ്പെടുകയോ ചെയ്യുക മാത്രമാകുന്നു. അതവര്ക്ക് ഇഹലോകത്തുള്ള അപമാനമാകുന്നു. പരലോകത്ത് അവര്ക്ക് കനത്ത ശിക്ഷയുമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تَقۡدِرُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡۖ فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
34Except for those who return [repenting] before you apprehend them. And know that Allah is Forgiving and Merciful
എന്നാല്, അവര്ക്കെതിരില് നടപടിയെടുക്കാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് കഴിയുന്നതിന്റെ മുമ്പായി പശ്ചാത്തപിച്ച് മടങ്ങിയവര് ഇതില് നിന്നൊഴിവാണ്. അല്ലാഹു ഏറെ പൊറുക്കുന്നവനും കരുണാനിധിയുമാണെന്ന് നിങ്ങള് മനസ്സിലാക്കുക
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱبۡتَغُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ ٱلۡوَسِيلَةَ وَجَٰهِدُواْ فِي سَبِيلِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ
35O you who have believed, fear Allah and seek the means [of nearness] to Him and strive in His cause that you may succeed
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും അവനിലേക്ക് അടുക്കുവാനുള്ള മാര്ഗം തേടുകയും, അവന്റെ മാര്ഗത്തില് സമരത്തില് ഏര്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യുക. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് (അത് വഴി) വിജയം പ്രാപിക്കാം
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ أَنَّ لَهُم مَّا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا وَمِثۡلَهُۥ مَعَهُۥ لِيَفۡتَدُواْ بِهِۦ مِنۡ عَذَابِ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ مَا تُقُبِّلَ مِنۡهُمۡۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ
36Indeed, those who disbelieve - if they should have all that is in the earth and the like of it with it by which to ransom themselves from the punishment of the Day of Resurrection, it will not be accepted from them, and for them is a painful punishment
ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിന്റെ നാളിലെ ശിക്ഷ ഒഴിവായിക്കിട്ടുവാന് വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം നല്കുന്നതിനായി സത്യനിഷേധികളുടെ കൈവശം ഭൂമിയിലുള്ളത് മുഴുക്കെയും, അത്രതന്നെ വേറെയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നാല് പോലും അവരില് നിന്ന് അത് സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെടുകയില്ല തന്നെ. അവര്ക്ക് വേദനയേറിയ ശിക്ഷയാണുള്ളത്
يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَخۡرُجُواْ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ وَمَا هُم بِخَٰرِجِينَ مِنۡهَاۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ مُّقِيمٞ
37They will wish to get out of the Fire, but never are they to emerge therefrom, and for them is an enduring punishment
നരകത്തില് നിന്ന് പുറത്ത് കടക്കാന് അവര് ആഗ്രഹിക്കും. അതില് നിന്ന് പുറത്തുപോകാന് അവര്ക്ക് സാധ്യമാവുകയേയില്ല. നിരന്തരമായ ശിക്ഷയാണ് അവര്ക്കുള്ളത്
وَٱلسَّارِقُ وَٱلسَّارِقَةُ فَٱقۡطَعُوٓاْ أَيۡدِيَهُمَا جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَٰلٗا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ
38[As for] the thief, the male and the female, amputate their hands in recompense for what they committed as a deterrent [punishment] from Allah. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise
മോഷ്ടിക്കുന്നവന്റെയും മോഷ്ടിക്കുന്നവളുടെയും കൈകള് നിങ്ങള് മുറിച്ചുകളയുക. അവര് സമ്പാദിച്ചതിന്നുള്ള പ്രതിഫലവും, അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കല് നിന്നുള്ള മാതൃകാപരമായ ശിക്ഷയുമാണത്. അല്ലാഹു പ്രതാപിയും യുക്തിമാനുമാകുന്നു
فَمَن تَابَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ظُلۡمِهِۦ وَأَصۡلَحَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَتُوبُ عَلَيۡهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٌ
39But whoever repents after his wrongdoing and reforms, indeed, Allah will turn to him in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful
എന്നാല്, അക്രമം ചെയ്ത് പോയതിനു ശേഷം വല്ലവനും പശ്ചാത്തപിക്കുകയും, നിലപാട് നന്നാക്കിത്തീര്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്താല് തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു അവന്റെ പശ്ചാത്താപം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു ഏറെ പൊറുക്കുന്നവനും കരുണ കാണിക്കുന്നവനുമത്രെ
أَلَمۡ تَعۡلَمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
40Do you not know that to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punishes whom He wills and forgives whom He wills, and Allah is over all things competent
ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും ഭൂമിയുടെയും ആധിപത്യം അല്ലാഹുവിനാണെന്ന് നിനക്കറിഞ്ഞ് കൂടെ? അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരെ അവന് ശിക്ഷിക്കുകയും, അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് അവന് പൊറുത്തുകൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു ഏതു കാര്യത്തിനും കഴിവുള്ളവനത്രെ
۞يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلرَّسُولُ لَا يَحۡزُنكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُسَٰرِعُونَ فِي ٱلۡكُفۡرِ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِأَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَلَمۡ تُؤۡمِن قُلُوبُهُمۡۛ وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُواْۛ سَمَّـٰعُونَ لِلۡكَذِبِ سَمَّـٰعُونَ لِقَوۡمٍ ءَاخَرِينَ لَمۡ يَأۡتُوكَۖ يُحَرِّفُونَ ٱلۡكَلِمَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَوَاضِعِهِۦۖ يَقُولُونَ إِنۡ أُوتِيتُمۡ هَٰذَا فَخُذُوهُ وَإِن لَّمۡ تُؤۡتَوۡهُ فَٱحۡذَرُواْۚ وَمَن يُرِدِ ٱللَّهُ فِتۡنَتَهُۥ فَلَن تَمۡلِكَ لَهُۥ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيۡـًٔاۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمۡ يُرِدِ ٱللَّهُ أَن يُطَهِّرَ قُلُوبَهُمۡۚ لَهُمۡ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا خِزۡيٞۖ وَلَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ
41O Messenger, let them not grieve you who hasten into disbelief of those who say, "We believe" with their mouths, but their hearts believe not, and from among the Jews. [They are] avid listeners to falsehood, listening to another people who have not come to you. They distort words beyond their [proper] usages, saying "If you are given this, take it; but if you are not given it, then beware." But he for whom Allah intends fitnah - never will you possess [power to do] for him a thing against Allah. Those are the ones for whom Allah does not intend to purify their hearts. For them in this world is disgrace, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment
ഓ, റസൂലേ; സത്യനിഷേധത്തിലേക്ക് കുതിച്ചുചെല്ലുന്നവര് (അവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തി) നിനക്ക് ദുഃഖമുണ്ടാക്കാതിരിക്കട്ടെ. അവര് മനസ്സില് വിശ്വാസം കടക്കാതെ ഞങ്ങള് വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്ന് വായകൊണ്ട് പറയുന്നവരില് പെട്ടവരാകട്ടെ, യഹൂദമതക്കാരില് പെട്ടവരാകട്ടെ, കള്ളം ചെവിയോര്ത്ത് കേള്ക്കുന്നവരും, നിന്റെ അടുത്ത് വരാത്ത മറ്റു ആളുകളുടെ വാക്കുകള് ചെവിയോര്ത്തുകേള്ക്കുന്നവരുമാണവര്. വേദവാക്യങ്ങളെ അവയുടെ സന്ദര്ഭങ്ങളില് നിന്നു അവര് മാറ്റിക്കളയുന്നു. അവര് പറയും: ഇതേ വിധി തന്നെയാണ് (നബിയുടെ പക്കല് നിന്ന്) നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നല്കപ്പെടുന്നതെങ്കില് അത് സ്വീകരിക്കുക. അതല്ല നല്കപ്പെടുന്നതെങ്കില് നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷിച്ച് കൊള്ളുക; വല്ലവന്നും നാശം വരുത്താന് അല്ലാഹു ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം അവന്നു വേണ്ടി അല്ലാഹുവില് നിന്ന് യാതൊന്നും നേടിയെടുക്കാന് നിനക്ക് സാധിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അത്തരക്കാരുടെ മനസ്സുകളെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുവാന് അല്ലാഹു ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അവര്ക്ക് ഇഹലോകത്ത് അപമാനമാണുള്ളത്. പരലോകത്ത് അവര്ക്ക് കനത്ത ശിക്ഷയുണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും
سَمَّـٰعُونَ لِلۡكَذِبِ أَكَّـٰلُونَ لِلسُّحۡتِۚ فَإِن جَآءُوكَ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَهُمۡ أَوۡ أَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡهُمۡۖ وَإِن تُعۡرِضۡ عَنۡهُمۡ فَلَن يَضُرُّوكَ شَيۡـٔٗاۖ وَإِنۡ حَكَمۡتَ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَهُم بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُقۡسِطِينَ
42[They are] avid listeners to falsehood, devourers of [what is] unlawful. So if they come to you, [O Muhammad], judge between them or turn away from them. And if you turn away from them - never will they harm you at all. And if you judge, judge between them with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly
കള്ളം ചെവിയോര്ത്ത് കേള്ക്കുന്നവരും, നിഷിദ്ധമായ സമ്പാദ്യം ധാരാളം തിന്നുന്നവരുമത്രെ അവര്. അവര് നിന്റെ അടുത്ത് വരുകയാണെങ്കില് അവര്ക്കിടയില് നീ തീര്പ്പുകല്പിക്കുകയോ, അവരെ അവഗണിച്ച് കളയുകയോ ചെയ്യുക. നീ അവരെ അവഗണിച്ച് കളയുന്ന പക്ഷം അവര് നിനക്ക് ഒരു ദോഷവും വരുത്തുകയില്ല. എന്നാല് നീ തീര്പ്പുകല്പിക്കുകയാണെങ്കില് അവര്ക്കിടയില് നീതിപൂര്വ്വം തീര്പ്പുകല്പിക്കുക. നീതിപാലിക്കുന്നവരെ തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു
وَكَيۡفَ يُحَكِّمُونَكَ وَعِندَهُمُ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةُ فِيهَا حُكۡمُ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّوۡنَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَۚ وَمَآ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
43But how is it that they come to you for judgement while they have the Torah, in which is the judgement of Allah? Then they turn away, [even] after that; but those are not [in fact] believers
എന്നാല് അവര് എങ്ങനെയാണ് നിന്നെ വിധികര്ത്താവാക്കുന്നത്? അവരുടെ പക്കല് തൌറാത്തുണ്ട്. അതിലാകട്ടെ അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ വിധിവിലക്കുകളുണ്ട്. എന്നിട്ടതിന് ശേഷവും അവര് പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞ് കളയുകയാണ്. യഥാര്ത്ഥത്തില് അവര് വിശ്വാസികളേ അല്ല
إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَا ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ فِيهَا هُدٗى وَنُورٞۚ يَحۡكُمُ بِهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّونَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسۡلَمُواْ لِلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَٱلرَّبَّـٰنِيُّونَ وَٱلۡأَحۡبَارُ بِمَا ٱسۡتُحۡفِظُواْ مِن كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ وَكَانُواْ عَلَيۡهِ شُهَدَآءَۚ فَلَا تَخۡشَوُاْ ٱلنَّاسَ وَٱخۡشَوۡنِ وَلَا تَشۡتَرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِي ثَمَنٗا قَلِيلٗاۚ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَحۡكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ
44Indeed, We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light. The prophets who submitted [to Allah] judged by it for the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that with which they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allah, and they were witnesses thereto. So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers
തീര്ച്ചയായും നാം തന്നെയാണ് തൌറാത്ത് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതില് മാര്ഗദര്ശനവും പ്രകാശവുമുണ്ട്. (അല്ലാഹുവിന്) കീഴ്പെട്ട പ്രവാചകന്മാര് യഹൂദമതക്കാര്ക്ക് അതിനനുസരിച്ച് വിധികല്പിച്ച് പോന്നു. പുണ്യവാന്മാരും പണ്ഡിതന്മാരും (അതേ പ്രകാരം തന്നെ വിധികല്പിച്ചിരുന്നു.) കാരണം അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ഗ്രന്ഥത്തിന്റെ സംരക്ഷണം അവര്ക്ക് ഏല്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. അവരതിന് സാക്ഷികളുമായിരുന്നു. അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് ജനങ്ങളെ പേടിക്കാതെ എന്നെ മാത്രം ഭയപ്പെടുക. എന്റെ വചനങ്ങള് നിങ്ങള് തുച്ഛമായ വിലയ്ക്ക് വിറ്റുകളയാതിരിക്കുക. അല്ലാഹു അവതരിപ്പിച്ച് തന്നതനുസരിച്ച് ആര് വിധിക്കുന്നില്ലയോ അവര് തന്നെയാകുന്നു അവിശ്വാസികള്
وَكَتَبۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ فِيهَآ أَنَّ ٱلنَّفۡسَ بِٱلنَّفۡسِ وَٱلۡعَيۡنَ بِٱلۡعَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَنفَ بِٱلۡأَنفِ وَٱلۡأُذُنَ بِٱلۡأُذُنِ وَٱلسِّنَّ بِٱلسِّنِّ وَٱلۡجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٞۚ فَمَن تَصَدَّقَ بِهِۦ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٞ لَّهُۥۚ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَحۡكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ
45And We ordained for them therein a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth, and for wounds is legal retribution. But whoever gives [up his right as] charity, it is an expiation for him. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the wrongdoers
ജീവന് ജീവന്, കണ്ണിന് കണ്ണ്, മൂക്കിന് മൂക്ക്, ചെവിക്ക് ചെവി, പല്ലിന് പല്ല്, മുറിവുകള്ക്ക് തത്തുല്യമായ പ്രതിക്രിയ എന്നിങ്ങിനെയാണ് അതില് (തൌറാത്തില്) നാം അവര്ക്ക് നിയമമായി വെച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. വല്ലവനും (പ്രതിക്രിയ ചെയ്യാതെ) മാപ്പുനല്കുന്ന പക്ഷം അത് അവന്ന് പാപമോചന (ത്തിന് ഉതകുന്ന ഒരു പുണ്യകര്മ്മ) മാകുന്നു. ആര് അല്ലാഹു അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതനുസരിച്ച് വിധിക്കുന്നില്ലയോ അവര് തന്നെയാണ് അക്രമികള്
وَقَفَّيۡنَا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم بِعِيسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡيَمَ مُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةِۖ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلۡإِنجِيلَ فِيهِ هُدٗى وَنُورٞ وَمُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٗ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ
46And We sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous
അവരെ (ആ പ്രവാചകന്മാരെ) ത്തുടര്ന്ന് അവരുടെ കാല്പാടുകളിലായിക്കൊണ്ട് മര്യമിന്റെ മകന് ഈസായെ തന്റെ മുമ്പിലുള്ള തൌറാത്തിനെ ശരിവെക്കുന്നവനായിക്കൊണ്ട് നാം നിയോഗിച്ചു. സന്മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശവും, സത്യപ്രകാശവും അടങ്ങിയ ഇന്ജീലും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് നാം നല്കി. അതിന്റെ മുമ്പിലുള്ള തൌറാത്തിനെ ശരിവെക്കുന്നതും, സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് സദുപദേശവുമത്രെ അത്
وَلۡيَحۡكُمۡ أَهۡلُ ٱلۡإِنجِيلِ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِۚ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَحۡكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ
47And let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the defiantly disobedient
ഇന്ജീലിന്റെ അനുയായികള്, അല്ലാഹു അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതനുസരിച്ച് വിധികല്പിക്കട്ടെ. അല്ലാഹു അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതനുസരിച്ച് ആര് വിധിക്കുന്നില്ലയോ അവര് തന്നെയാകുന്നു ധിക്കാരികള്
وَأَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ مُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَمُهَيۡمِنًا عَلَيۡهِۖ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَهُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعۡ أَهۡوَآءَهُمۡ عَمَّا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّۚ لِكُلّٖ جَعَلۡنَا مِنكُمۡ شِرۡعَةٗ وَمِنۡهَاجٗاۚ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمۡ أُمَّةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗ وَلَٰكِن لِّيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ فِي مَآ ءَاتَىٰكُمۡۖ فَٱسۡتَبِقُواْ ٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِۚ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ جَمِيعٗا فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ فِيهِ تَخۡتَلِفُونَ
48And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you; so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ
(നബിയേ,) നിനക്കിതാ സത്യപ്രകാരം വേദഗ്രന്ഥം അവതരിപ്പിച്ച് തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിന്റെ മുമ്പിലുള്ള വേദഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങളെ ശരിവെക്കുന്നതും അവയെ കാത്തുരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതുമത്രെ അത്. അതിനാല് നീ അവര്ക്കിടയില് നാം അവതരിപ്പിച്ച് തന്നതനുസരിച്ച് വിധികല്പിക്കുക. നിനക്ക് വന്നുകിട്ടിയ സത്യത്തെ വിട്ട് നീ അവരുടെ തന്നിഷ്ടങ്ങളെ പിന്പറ്റിപോകരുത്. നിങ്ങളില് ഓരോ വിഭാഗത്തിനും ഓരോ നിയമക്രമവും കര്മ്മമാര്ഗവും നാം നിശ്ചയിച്ച് തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കില് നിങ്ങളെ അവന് ഒരൊറ്റ സമുദായമാക്കുമായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ നിങ്ങള്ക്കവന് നല്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതില് നിങ്ങളെ പരീക്ഷിക്കുവാന് (അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു.) അതിനാല് നല്ല കാര്യങ്ങളിലേക്ക് നിങ്ങള് മത്സരിച്ച് മുന്നേറുക. അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കലേക്കത്രെ നിങ്ങളുടെയെല്ലാം മടക്കം. നിങ്ങള് ഭിന്നിച്ചിരുന്ന വിഷയങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി അപ്പോളവന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അറിയിച്ച് തരുന്നതാണ്
وَأَنِ ٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَهُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعۡ أَهۡوَآءَهُمۡ وَٱحۡذَرۡهُمۡ أَن يَفۡتِنُوكَ عَنۢ بَعۡضِ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَيۡكَۖ فَإِن تَوَلَّوۡاْ فَٱعۡلَمۡ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ أَن يُصِيبَهُم بِبَعۡضِ ذُنُوبِهِمۡۗ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرٗا مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَفَٰسِقُونَ
49And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away - then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient
അല്ലാഹു അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതനുസരിച്ച് അവര്ക്കിടയില് നീ വിധികല്പിക്കുകയും, അവരുടെ തന്നിഷ്ടങ്ങളെ പിന്പറ്റാതിരിക്കുകയും, അല്ലാഹു നിനക്ക് അവതരിപ്പിച്ച് തന്ന വല്ല നിര്ദേശത്തില് നിന്നും അവര് നിന്നെ തെറ്റിച്ചുകളയുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി നീ ജാഗ്രത പുലര്ത്തുകയും ചെയ്യണമെന്നും (നാം കല്പിക്കുന്നു.) ഇനി അവര് പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞ് കളയുകയാണെങ്കില് നീ മനസ്സിലാക്കണം; അവരുടെ ചില പാപങ്ങള് കാരണമായി അവര്ക്ക് നാശം വരുത്തണമെന്നാണ് അല്ലാഹു ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതെന്ന്. തീര്ച്ചയായും മനുഷ്യരില് അധികപേരും ധിക്കാരികളാകുന്നു
أَفَحُكۡمَ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِيَّةِ يَبۡغُونَۚ وَمَنۡ أَحۡسَنُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ حُكۡمٗا لِّقَوۡمٖ يُوقِنُونَ
50Then is it the judgement of [the time of] ignorance they desire? But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith]
ജാഹിലിയ്യത്തിന്റെ (അനിസ്ലാമിക മാര്ഗത്തിന്റെ) വിധിയാണോ അവര് തേടുന്നത്? ദൃഢവിശ്വാസികളായ ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക് അല്ലാഹുവെക്കാള് നല്ല വിധികര്ത്താവ് ആരാണുള്ളത്
۞يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَتَّخِذُواْ ٱلۡيَهُودَ وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰٓ أَوۡلِيَآءَۘ بَعۡضُهُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءُ بَعۡضٖۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمۡ فَإِنَّهُۥ مِنۡهُمۡۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
51O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, യഹൂദരെയും ക്രൈസ്തവരേയും നിങ്ങള് ഉറ്റമിത്രങ്ങളായി സ്വീകരിക്കരുത്. അവരാകട്ടെ, അന്യോന്യം ഉറ്റമിത്രങ്ങളാണ് താനും. നിങ്ങളില് നിന്നാരെങ്കിലും അവരെ ഉറ്റമിത്രങ്ങളായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം അവനും അവരില് പെട്ടവന് തന്നെയാണ്. അക്രമികളായ ആളുകളെ അല്ലാഹു നേര്വഴിയിലാക്കുകയില്ല; തീര്ച്ച
فَتَرَى ٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ يُسَٰرِعُونَ فِيهِمۡ يَقُولُونَ نَخۡشَىٰٓ أَن تُصِيبَنَا دَآئِرَةٞۚ فَعَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَأۡتِيَ بِٱلۡفَتۡحِ أَوۡ أَمۡرٖ مِّنۡ عِندِهِۦ فَيُصۡبِحُواْ عَلَىٰ مَآ أَسَرُّواْ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ نَٰدِمِينَ
52So you see those in whose hearts is disease hastening into [association with] them, saying, "We are afraid a misfortune may strike us." But perhaps Allah will bring conquest or a decision from Him, and they will become, over what they have been concealing within themselves, regretful
എന്നാല്, മനസ്സുകള്ക്ക് രോഗം ബാധിച്ച ചില ആളുകള് അവരുടെ കാര്യത്തില് (അവരുമായി സ്നേഹബന്ധം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതില്) തിടുക്കം കൂട്ടുന്നതായി നിനക്ക് കാണാം. ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് വല്ല ആപത്തും സംഭവിച്ചേക്കുമോ എന്ന് ഞങ്ങള് ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു. എന്നായിരിക്കും അവര് പറയുന്നത്. എന്നാല് അല്ലാഹു (നിങ്ങള്ക്ക്) പൂര്ണ്ണവിജയം നല്കുകയോ, അല്ലെങ്കില് അവന്റെ പക്കല് നിന്ന് മറ്റുവല്ല നടപടിയും ഉണ്ടാകുകയോ ചെയ്തേക്കാം. അപ്പോള് തങ്ങളുടെ മനസ്സുകളില് രഹസ്യമാക്കിവെച്ചതിനെപ്പറ്റി ഈ കൂട്ടര് ഖേദിക്കുന്നവരായിത്തീരും
وَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَهَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ ٱلَّذِينَ أَقۡسَمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ جَهۡدَ أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ إِنَّهُمۡ لَمَعَكُمۡۚ حَبِطَتۡ أَعۡمَٰلُهُمۡ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ خَٰسِرِينَ
53And those who believe will say, "Are these the ones who swore by Allah their strongest oaths that indeed they were with you?" Their deeds have become worthless, and they have become losers
(അന്ന്) സത്യവിശ്വാസികള് പറയും; ഞങ്ങള് നിങ്ങളുടെ കൂടെത്തന്നെയാണ്, എന്ന് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ പേരില് ബലമായി സത്യം ചെയ്ത് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നവര് ഇക്കൂട്ടര് തന്നെയാണോ? എന്ന്. അവരുടെ കര്മ്മങ്ങള് നിഷ്ഫലമാകുകയും, അങ്ങനെ അവര് നഷ്ടക്കാരായി മാറുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَن يَرۡتَدَّ مِنكُمۡ عَن دِينِهِۦ فَسَوۡفَ يَأۡتِي ٱللَّهُ بِقَوۡمٖ يُحِبُّهُمۡ وَيُحِبُّونَهُۥٓ أَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ أَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ يُجَٰهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا يَخَافُونَ لَوۡمَةَ لَآئِمٖۚ ذَٰلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤۡتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ
54O you who have believed, whoever of you should revert from his religion - Allah will bring forth [in place of them] a people He will love and who will love Him [who are] humble toward the believers, powerful against the disbelievers; they strive in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a critic. That is the favor of Allah; He bestows it upon whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങളില് ആരെങ്കിലും തന്റെ മതത്തില് നിന്ന് പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞ് കളയുന്ന പക്ഷം അല്ലാഹു ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നവരും, അല്ലാഹുവെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നവരുമായ മറ്റൊരു ജനവിഭാഗത്തെ അല്ലാഹു പകരം കൊണ്ട് വരുന്നതാണ്. അവര് വിശ്വാസികളോട് വിനയം കാണിക്കുന്നവരും, സത്യനിഷേധികളോട് പ്രതാപം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്നവരുമായിരിക്കും. അവര് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ മാര്ഗത്തില് സമരത്തില് ഏര്പെടും. ഒരു ആക്ഷേപകന്റെ ആക്ഷേപവും അവര് ഭയപ്പെടുകയില്ല. അത് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹമത്രെ. അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് അത് നല്കുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു വിപുലമായ കഴിവുള്ളവനും സര്വ്വജ്ഞനുമത്രെ
إِنَّمَا وَلِيُّكُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤۡتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَهُمۡ رَٰكِعُونَ
55Your ally is none but Allah and [therefore] His Messenger and those who have believed - those who establish prayer and give zakah, and they bow [in worship]
അല്ലാഹുവും അവന്റെ ദൂതനും, താഴ്മയുള്ളവരായിക്കൊണ്ട് നമസ്കാരം മുറപോലെ നിര്വഹിക്കുകയും സകാത്ത് നല്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന സത്യവിശ്വാസികളും മാത്രമാകുന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ ഉറ്റമിത്രങ്ങള്
وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ فَإِنَّ حِزۡبَ ٱللَّهِ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبُونَ
56And whoever is an ally of Allah and His Messenger and those who have believed - indeed, the party of Allah - they will be the predominant
വല്ലവനും അല്ലാഹുവെയും അവന്റെ ദൂതനെയും, സത്യവിശ്വാസികളെയും മിത്രങ്ങളായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കില് തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ കക്ഷി തന്നെയാണ് വിജയം നേടുന്നവര്
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَتَّخِذُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُواْ دِينَكُمۡ هُزُوٗا وَلَعِبٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ وَٱلۡكُفَّارَ أَوۡلِيَآءَۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
57O you who have believed, take not those who have taken your religion in ridicule and amusement among the ones who were given the Scripture before you nor the disbelievers as allies. And fear Allah, if you should [truly] be believers
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് മുമ്പ് വേദഗ്രന്ഥം നല്കപ്പെട്ടവരില് നിന്ന് നിങ്ങളുടെ മതത്തെ തമാശയും വിനോദവിഷയവുമാക്കി തീര്ത്തവരെയും, സത്യനിഷേധികളെയും നിങ്ങള് ഉറ്റമിത്രങ്ങളായി സ്വീകരിക്കരുത്. നിങ്ങള് സത്യവിശ്വാസികളാണെങ്കില് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുവിന്
وَإِذَا نَادَيۡتُمۡ إِلَى ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ٱتَّخَذُوهَا هُزُوٗا وَلَعِبٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ قَوۡمٞ لَّا يَعۡقِلُونَ
58And when you call to prayer, they take it in ridicule and amusement. That is because they are a people who do not use reason
നിങ്ങള് നമസ്കാരത്തിന്നായി വിളിച്ചാല്, അവരതിനെ ഒരു തമാശയും വിനോദവിഷയവുമാക്കിത്തീര്ക്കുന്നു. അവര് ചിന്തിച്ചുമനസ്സിലാക്കാത്ത ഒരു ജനവിഭാഗമായത് കൊണ്ടത്രെ അത്
قُلۡ يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ هَلۡ تَنقِمُونَ مِنَّآ إِلَّآ أَنۡ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡنَا وَمَآ أُنزِلَ مِن قَبۡلُ وَأَنَّ أَكۡثَرَكُمۡ فَٰسِقُونَ
59Say, "O People of the Scripture, do you resent us except [for the fact] that we have believed in Allah and what was revealed to us and what was revealed before and because most of you are defiantly disobedient
(നബിയേ,) പറയുക: വേദക്കാരേ, അല്ലാഹുവിലും (അവങ്കല് നിന്ന്) ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട വേദത്തിലും, മുമ്പ് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട വേദത്തിലും ഞങ്ങള് വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നത് കൊണ്ടും, നിങ്ങളില് അധികപേരും ധിക്കാരികളാണ് എന്നത് കൊണ്ടും മാത്രമല്ലേ നിങ്ങള് ഞങ്ങളെ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്
قُلۡ هَلۡ أُنَبِّئُكُم بِشَرّٖ مِّن ذَٰلِكَ مَثُوبَةً عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ مَن لَّعَنَهُ ٱللَّهُ وَغَضِبَ عَلَيۡهِ وَجَعَلَ مِنۡهُمُ ٱلۡقِرَدَةَ وَٱلۡخَنَازِيرَ وَعَبَدَ ٱلطَّـٰغُوتَۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ شَرّٞ مَّكَانٗا وَأَضَلُّ عَن سَوَآءِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ
60Say, "Shall I inform you of [what is] worse than that as penalty from Allah? [It is that of] those whom Allah has cursed and with whom He became angry and made of them apes and pigs and slaves of Taghut. Those are worse in position and further astray from the sound way
പറയുക: എന്നാല് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ അടുക്കല് അതിനെക്കാള് മോശമായ പ്രതിഫലമുള്ളവരെ പറ്റി ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അറിയിച്ചുതരട്ടെയോ? ഏതൊരു വിഭാഗത്തെ അല്ലാഹു ശപിക്കുകയും അവരോടവന് കോപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തുവോ, ഏത് വിഭാഗത്തില് പെട്ടവരെ അല്ലാഹു കുരങ്ങുകളും പന്നികളുമാക്കിത്തീര്ത്തുവോ, ഏതൊരു വിഭാഗം ദുര്മൂര്ത്തികളെ ആരാധിച്ചുവോ അവരത്രെ ഏറ്റവും മോശമായ സ്ഥാനമുള്ളവരും നേര്മാര്ഗത്തില് നിന്ന് ഏറെ പിഴച്ച് പോയവരും
وَإِذَا جَآءُوكُمۡ قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا وَقَد دَّخَلُواْ بِٱلۡكُفۡرِ وَهُمۡ قَدۡ خَرَجُواْ بِهِۦۚ وَٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡتُمُونَ
61And when they come to you, they say, "We believe." But they have entered with disbelief [in their hearts], and they have certainly left with it. And Allah is most knowing of what they were concealing
നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്ത് വരുമ്പോള് അവര് പറയും, ഞങ്ങള് വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്ന്. വാസ്തവത്തില് അവര് അവിശ്വാസത്തോടെയാണ് കടന്നുവന്നിട്ടുള്ളത്. അവിശ്വാസത്തോട് കൂടിത്തന്നെയാണ് അവര് പുറത്ത് പോയിട്ടുള്ളതും. അവര് ഒളിച്ചുവെച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി അല്ലാഹു നല്ലവണ്ണം അറിയുന്നവനാകുന്നു
وَتَرَىٰ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ يُسَٰرِعُونَ فِي ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡعُدۡوَٰنِ وَأَكۡلِهِمُ ٱلسُّحۡتَۚ لَبِئۡسَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ
62And you see many of them hastening into sin and aggression and the devouring of [what is] unlawful. How wretched is what they have been doing
അവരിലധികം പേരും പാപകൃത്യങ്ങളിലും, അതിക്രമത്തിലും, നിഷിദ്ധസമ്പാദ്യം ഭുജിക്കുന്നതിലും മത്സരിച്ച് മുന്നേറുന്നതായി നിനക്ക് കാണാം. അവര് പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് വളരെ ചീത്ത തന്നെ
لَوۡلَا يَنۡهَىٰهُمُ ٱلرَّبَّـٰنِيُّونَ وَٱلۡأَحۡبَارُ عَن قَوۡلِهِمُ ٱلۡإِثۡمَ وَأَكۡلِهِمُ ٱلسُّحۡتَۚ لَبِئۡسَ مَا كَانُواْ يَصۡنَعُونَ
63Why do the rabbis and religious scholars not forbid them from saying what is sinful and devouring what is unlawful? How wretched is what they have been practicing
കുറ്റകരമായത് അവര് പറയുന്നതില് നിന്നും നിഷിദ്ധമായ സമ്പാദ്യം അവര് തിന്നുതില് നിന്നും പുണ്യപുരുഷന്മാരും പണ്ഡിതന്മാരും അവരെ തടയാതിരുന്നത് എന്ത്കൊണ്ടാണ്? അവര് ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് വളരെ ചീത്ത തന്നെ
وَقَالَتِ ٱلۡيَهُودُ يَدُ ٱللَّهِ مَغۡلُولَةٌۚ غُلَّتۡ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَلُعِنُواْ بِمَا قَالُواْۘ بَلۡ يَدَاهُ مَبۡسُوطَتَانِ يُنفِقُ كَيۡفَ يَشَآءُۚ وَلَيَزِيدَنَّ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُم مَّآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ طُغۡيَٰنٗا وَكُفۡرٗاۚ وَأَلۡقَيۡنَا بَيۡنَهُمُ ٱلۡعَدَٰوَةَ وَٱلۡبَغۡضَآءَ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ كُلَّمَآ أَوۡقَدُواْ نَارٗا لِّلۡحَرۡبِ أَطۡفَأَهَا ٱللَّهُۚ وَيَسۡعَوۡنَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَسَادٗاۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ
64And the Jews say, "The hand of Allah is chained." Chained are their hands, and cursed are they for what they say. Rather, both His hands are extended; He spends however He wills. And that which has been revealed to you from your Lord will surely increase many of them in transgression and disbelief. And We have cast among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war [against you], Allah extinguished it. And they strive throughout the land [causing] corruption, and Allah does not like corrupters
അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ കൈകള് ബന്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ് എന്ന് യഹൂദന്മാര് പറഞ്ഞു അവരുടെ കൈകള് ബന്ധിതമാകട്ടെ. അവര് പറഞ്ഞ വാക്ക് കാരണം അവര് ശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അല്ല, അവന്റെ ഇരു കൈകളും നിവര്ത്തപ്പെട്ടവയാകുന്നു. അവന് എങ്ങനെ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുവോ അങ്ങനെ ചെലവഴിക്കുന്നു. നിനക്ക് നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട സന്ദേശം അവരില് അധികം പേര്ക്കും ധിക്കാരവും അവിശ്വാസവും വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. അവര്ക്കിടയില് ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിന്റെ നാളുവരെ ശത്രുതയും വിദ്വേഷവും നാം ഇട്ടുകൊടുത്തിരിക്കുകയാണ്. അവര് യുദ്ധത്തിന് തീ കൊളുത്തുമ്പോഴെല്ലാം അല്ലാഹു അത് കെടുത്തിക്കളയുന്നു. അവര് നാട്ടില് കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കുവാന് വേണ്ടി ശ്രമിക്കുകയാണ്. കുഴപ്പക്കാരെ അല്ലാഹു ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നില്ല
وَلَوۡ أَنَّ أَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱتَّقَوۡاْ لَكَفَّرۡنَا عَنۡهُمۡ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡ وَلَأَدۡخَلۡنَٰهُمۡ جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
65And if only the People of the Scripture had believed and feared Allah, We would have removed from them their misdeeds and admitted them to Gardens of Pleasure
വേദക്കാര് വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നുവെങ്കില് അവരില് നിന്ന് അവരുടെ തിന്മകള് നാം മായ്ച്ചുകളയുകയും അനുഗ്രഹപൂര്ണ്ണമായ സ്വര്ഗത്തോപ്പുകളില് നാം അവരെ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുമായിരുന്നു
وَلَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ أَقَامُواْ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ وَٱلۡإِنجِيلَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡهِم مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ لَأَكَلُواْ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ وَمِن تَحۡتِ أَرۡجُلِهِمۚ مِّنۡهُمۡ أُمَّةٞ مُّقۡتَصِدَةٞۖ وَكَثِيرٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ سَآءَ مَا يَعۡمَلُونَ
66And if only they upheld [the law of] the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to them from their Lord, they would have consumed [provision] from above them and from beneath their feet. Among them are a moderate community, but many of them - evil is that which they do
തൌറാത്തും, ഇന്ജീലും, അവര്ക്ക് അവരുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട സന്ദേശങ്ങളും അവര് നേരാംവണ്ണം നിലനിര്ത്തിയിരുന്നെങ്കില് തങ്ങളുടെ മുകള്ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നും, കാലുകള്ക്ക് ചുവട്ടില് നിന്നും അവര്ക്ക് ആഹാരം ലഭിക്കുമായിരുന്നു. അവരില് തന്നെ മിതത്വം പാലിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സമൂഹമുണ്ട്. എന്നാല് അവരില് അധികം പേരുടെയും പ്രവര്ത്തനങ്ങള് വളരെ ചീത്ത തന്നെ
۞يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلرَّسُولُ بَلِّغۡ مَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَۖ وَإِن لَّمۡ تَفۡعَلۡ فَمَا بَلَّغۡتَ رِسَالَتَهُۥۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡصِمُكَ مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
67O Messenger, announce that which has been revealed to you from your Lord, and if you do not, then you have not conveyed His message. And Allah will protect you from the people. Indeed, Allah does not guide the disbelieving people
ഹേ; റസൂലേ, നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് നിനക്ക് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടത് നീ (ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക്) എത്തിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുക. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യാത്ത പക്ഷം നീ അവന്റെ ദൌത്യം നിറവേറ്റിയിട്ടില്ല. ജനങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് അല്ലാഹു നിന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സത്യനിഷേധികളായ ആളുകളെ തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു നേര്വഴിയിലാക്കുകയില്ല
قُلۡ يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَسۡتُمۡ عَلَىٰ شَيۡءٍ حَتَّىٰ تُقِيمُواْ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ وَٱلۡإِنجِيلَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡۗ وَلَيَزِيدَنَّ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُم مَّآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ طُغۡيَٰنٗا وَكُفۡرٗاۖ فَلَا تَأۡسَ عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
68Say, "O People of the Scripture, you are [standing] on nothing until you uphold [the law of] the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to you from your Lord." And that which has been revealed to you from your Lord will surely increase many of them in transgression and disbelief. So do not grieve over the disbelieving people
പറയുക: വേദക്കാരേ, തൌറാത്തും ഇന്ജീലും നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട സന്ദേശങ്ങളും നിങ്ങള് (നേരാംവണ്ണം) നിലനിര്ത്തുന്നത് വരെ നിങ്ങള് യാതൊരു അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുമല്ല. എന്നാല് നിനക്ക് നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട സന്ദേശം അവരില് അധികപേര്ക്കും ധിക്കാരവും അവിശ്വാസവും വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. അതിനാല് സത്യനിഷേധികളായ ജനങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി നീ ദുഃഖിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَٱلصَّـٰبِـُٔونَ وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ مَنۡ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحٗا فَلَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يَحۡزَنُونَ
69Indeed, those who have believed [in Prophet Muhammad] and those [before Him] who were Jews or Sabeans or Christians - those [among them] who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness - no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളോ, യഹൂദരോ, സാബികളോ, ക്രൈസ്തവരോ ആരാകട്ടെ, അവരില് നിന്ന് അല്ലാഹുവിലും അന്ത്യദിനത്തിലും വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും, സല്കര്മ്മങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവര്ക്ക് യാതൊന്നും ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടതില്ല. അവര് ദുഃഖിക്കേണ്ടി വരികയുമില്ല
لَقَدۡ أَخَذۡنَا مِيثَٰقَ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ وَأَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهِمۡ رُسُلٗاۖ كُلَّمَا جَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولُۢ بِمَا لَا تَهۡوَىٰٓ أَنفُسُهُمۡ فَرِيقٗا كَذَّبُواْ وَفَرِيقٗا يَقۡتُلُونَ
70We had already taken the covenant of the Children of Israel and had sent to them messengers. Whenever there came to them a messenger with what their souls did not desire, a party [of messengers] they denied, and another party they killed
ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികളോട് നാം കരാര് വാങ്ങുകയും, അവരിലേക്ക് നാം ദൂതന്മാരെ അയക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. അവരുടെ മനസ്സിന് പിടിക്കാത്ത കാര്യങ്ങളുമായി അവരുടെ അടുത്ത് ഏതെങ്കിലുമൊരു ദൂതന് ചെന്നപ്പോളൊക്കെ ദൂതന്മാരില് ഒരു വിഭാഗത്തെ അവര് നിഷേധിച്ച് തള്ളുകയും, മറ്റൊരു വിഭാഗത്തെ അവര് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തുകയുമാണ് ചെയ്തത്
وَحَسِبُوٓاْ أَلَّا تَكُونَ فِتۡنَةٞ فَعَمُواْ وَصَمُّواْ ثُمَّ تَابَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ثُمَّ عَمُواْ وَصَمُّواْ كَثِيرٞ مِّنۡهُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرُۢ بِمَا يَعۡمَلُونَ
71And they thought there would be no [resulting] punishment, so they became blind and deaf. Then Allah turned to them in forgiveness; then [again] many of them became blind and deaf. And Allah is Seeing of what they do
ഒരു കുഴപ്പവുമുണ്ടാകുകയില്ലെന്ന് അവര് കണക്ക് കൂട്ടുകയും, അങ്ങനെ അവര് അന്ധരും ബധിരരുമായികഴിയുകയും ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് അല്ലാഹു അവരുടെ പശ്ചാത്താപം സ്വീകരിച്ചു. വീണ്ടും അവരില് അധികപേരും അന്ധരും ബധിരരുമായിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല് അല്ലാഹു അവര് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നതെല്ലാം കണ്ടറിയുന്നവനാകുന്നു
لَقَدۡ كَفَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡمَسِيحُ ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَۖ وَقَالَ ٱلۡمَسِيحُ يَٰبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبَّكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُۥ مَن يُشۡرِكۡ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدۡ حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُ ٱلنَّارُۖ وَمَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ مِنۡ أَنصَارٖ
72They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary" while the Messiah has said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers
മര്യമിന്റെ മകന് മസീഹ് തന്നെയാണ് അല്ലാഹു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞവര് തീര്ച്ചയായും അവിശ്വാസികളായിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാല് മസീഹ് പറഞ്ഞത്; ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികളേ, എന്റെയും നിങ്ങളുടെയും രക്ഷിതാവായ അല്ലാഹുവെ നിങ്ങള് ആരാധിക്കുവിന്. അല്ലാഹുവോട് വല്ലവനും പങ്കുചേര്ക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു അവന്ന് സ്വര്ഗം നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കുന്നതാണ്. നരകം അവന്റെ വാസസ്ഥലമായിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. അക്രമികള്ക്ക് സഹായികളായി ആരും തന്നെയില്ല. എന്നാണ്
لَّقَدۡ كَفَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ثَالِثُ ثَلَٰثَةٖۘ وَمَا مِنۡ إِلَٰهٍ إِلَّآ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞۚ وَإِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهُواْ عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ لَيَمَسَّنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
73They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the third of three." And there is no god except one God. And if they do not desist from what they are saying, there will surely afflict the disbelievers among them a painful punishment
അല്ലാഹു മൂവരില് ഒരാളാണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞവര് തീര്ച്ചയായും അവിശ്വാസികളാണ്. ഏക ആരാധ്യനല്ലാതെ യാതൊരു ആരാധ്യനും ഇല്ല തന്നെ. അവര് ആ പറയുന്നതില് നിന്ന് വിരമിച്ചില്ലെങ്കില് അവരില് നിന്ന് അവിശ്വസിച്ചവര്ക്ക് വേദനയേറിയ ശിക്ഷ ബാധിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും
أَفَلَا يَتُوبُونَ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَيَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَهُۥۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
74So will they not repent to Allah and seek His forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful
ആകയാല് അവര് അല്ലാഹുവിലേക്ക് ഖേദിച്ചുമടങ്ങുകയും, അവനോട് പാപമോചനം തേടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നില്ലേ? അല്ലാഹു ഏറെ പൊറുക്കുന്നവനും കരുണാനിധിയുമത്രെ
مَّا ٱلۡمَسِيحُ ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ إِلَّا رَسُولٞ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ وَأُمُّهُۥ صِدِّيقَةٞۖ كَانَا يَأۡكُلَانِ ٱلطَّعَامَۗ ٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ نُبَيِّنُ لَهُمُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ ثُمَّ ٱنظُرۡ أَنَّىٰ يُؤۡفَكُونَ
75The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a supporter of truth. They both used to eat food. Look how We make clear to them the signs; then look how they are deluded
മര്യമിന്റെ മകന് മസീഹ് ഒരു ദൈവദൂതന് മാത്രമാകുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് മുമ്പ് ദൂതന്മാര് കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മാതാവ് സത്യവതിയുമാകുന്നു. അവര് ഇരുവരും ഭക്ഷണംകഴിക്കുന്നവരായിരുന്നു. നോക്കൂ; എന്നിട്ടും അവര് എങ്ങനെയാണ് (സത്യത്തില് നിന്ന്) തെറ്റിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതെന്ന്
قُلۡ أَتَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَمۡلِكُ لَكُمۡ ضَرّٗا وَلَا نَفۡعٗاۚ وَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
76Say, "Do you worship besides Allah that which holds for you no [power of] harm or benefit while it is Allah who is the Hearing, the Knowing
(നബിയേ,) പറയുക: അല്ലാഹുവെ കൂടാതെ നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഉപകാരമോ ഉപദ്രവമോ ചെയ്യാന് കഴിയാത്ത വസ്തുക്കളെയാണോ നിങ്ങള് ആരാധിക്കുന്നത്? അല്ലാഹുവാകട്ടെ എല്ലാം കേള്ക്കുന്നവനും അറിയുന്നവനുമാകുന്നു
قُلۡ يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَا تَغۡلُواْ فِي دِينِكُمۡ غَيۡرَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوٓاْ أَهۡوَآءَ قَوۡمٖ قَدۡ ضَلُّواْ مِن قَبۡلُ وَأَضَلُّواْ كَثِيرٗا وَضَلُّواْ عَن سَوَآءِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ
77Say, "O People of the Scripture, do not exceed limits in your religion beyond the truth and do not follow the inclinations of a people who had gone astray before and misled many and have strayed from the soundness of the way
പറയുക: വേദക്കാരേ, സത്യത്തിനെതിരായിക്കൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങളുടെ മതകാര്യത്തില് നിങ്ങള് അതിരുകവിയരുത്. മുമ്പേപിഴച്ച് പോകുകയും, ധാരാളം പേരെ വഴിപിഴപ്പിക്കുകയും നേര്മാര്ഗത്തില് നിന്ന് തെറ്റിപ്പോകുകയും ചെയ്ത ഒരു ജനവിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ തന്നിഷ്ടങ്ങളെ നിങ്ങള് പിന്പറ്റുകയും ചെയ്യരുത്
لُعِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۢ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ عَلَىٰ لِسَانِ دَاوُۥدَ وَعِيسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡيَمَۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا عَصَواْ وَّكَانُواْ يَعۡتَدُونَ
78Cursed were those who disbelieved among the Children of Israel by the tongue of David and of Jesus, the son of Mary. That was because they disobeyed and [habitually] transgressed
ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികളിലെ സത്യനിഷേധികള് ദാവൂദിന്റെയും, മര്യമിന്റെ മകന് ഈസായുടെയും നാവിലൂടെ ശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അവര് അനുസരണക്കേട് കാണിക്കുകയും, അതിക്രമം കൈക്കൊള്ളുകയും ചെയ്തതിന്റെ ഫലമത്രെ അത്
كَانُواْ لَا يَتَنَاهَوۡنَ عَن مُّنكَرٖ فَعَلُوهُۚ لَبِئۡسَ مَا كَانُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ
79They used not to prevent one another from wrongdoing that they did. How wretched was that which they were doing
അവര് ചെയ്തിരുന്ന ദുരാചാരത്തെ അവര് അന്യോന്യം തടയുമായിരുന്നില്ല.അവര് ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ടിരുന്നത് വളരെ ചീത്ത തന്നെ
تَرَىٰ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ يَتَوَلَّوۡنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْۚ لَبِئۡسَ مَا قَدَّمَتۡ لَهُمۡ أَنفُسُهُمۡ أَن سَخِطَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَفِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ هُمۡ خَٰلِدُونَ
80You see many of them becoming allies of those who disbelieved. How wretched is that which they have put forth for themselves in that Allah has become angry with them, and in the punishment they will abide eternally
അവരിലധികപേരും സത്യനിഷേധികളെ ഉറ്റമിത്രങ്ങളായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത് നിനക്ക് കാണാം. സ്വന്തത്തിനു വേണ്ടി അവര് മുന്കൂട്ടി ഒരുക്കിവെച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് വളരെ ചീത്ത തന്നെ. (അതായത്) അല്ലാഹു അവരുടെ നേരെ കോപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നത്. ശിക്ഷയില് അവര് നിത്യവാസികളായിരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്
وَلَوۡ كَانُواْ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلنَّبِيِّ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡهِ مَا ٱتَّخَذُوهُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءَ وَلَٰكِنَّ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ فَٰسِقُونَ
81And if they had believed in Allah and the Prophet and in what was revealed to him, they would not have taken them as allies; but many of them are defiantly disobedient
അവര് അല്ലാഹുവിലും പ്രവാചകനിലും, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടതിലും വിശ്വസിച്ചിരുന്നുവെങ്കില് അവരെ (അവിശ്വാസികളെ) ഉറ്റമിത്രങ്ങളായി സ്വീകരിക്കുമായിരുന്നില്ല. പക്ഷെ, അവരില് അധികപേരും ധിക്കാരികളാകുന്നു
۞لَتَجِدَنَّ أَشَدَّ ٱلنَّاسِ عَدَٰوَةٗ لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱلۡيَهُودَ وَٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُواْۖ وَلَتَجِدَنَّ أَقۡرَبَهُم مَّوَدَّةٗ لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا نَصَٰرَىٰۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ مِنۡهُمۡ قِسِّيسِينَ وَرُهۡبَانٗا وَأَنَّهُمۡ لَا يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ
82You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers [to be] the Jews and those who associate others with Allah; and you will find the nearest of them in affection to the believers those who say, "We are Christians." That is because among them are priests and monks and because they are not arrogant
ജനങ്ങളില് സത്യവിശ്വാസികളോട് ഏറ്റവും കടുത്ത ശത്രുതയുള്ളവര് യഹൂദരും, ബഹുദൈവാരാധകരുമാണ് എന്ന് തീര്ച്ചയായും നിനക്ക് കാണാം. ഞങ്ങള് ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികളാകുന്നു. എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞവരാണ് ജനങ്ങളില് വെച്ച് സത്യവിശ്വാസികളോട് ഏറ്റവും അടുത്ത സൌഹൃദമുള്ളവര് എന്നും നിനക്ക് കാണാം. അവരില് മതപണ്ഡിതന്മാരും സന്യാസികളും ഉണ്ടെന്നതും, അവര് അഹംഭാവം നടിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നതുമാണതിന് കാരണം
وَإِذَا سَمِعُواْ مَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ تَرَىٰٓ أَعۡيُنَهُمۡ تَفِيضُ مِنَ ٱلدَّمۡعِ مِمَّا عَرَفُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّۖ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا فَٱكۡتُبۡنَا مَعَ ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَ
83And when they hear what has been revealed to the Messenger, you see their eyes overflowing with tears because of what they have recognized of the truth. They say, "Our Lord, we have believed, so register us among the witnesses
റസൂലിന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടത് അവര് കേട്ടാല് സത്യം മനസ്സിലാക്കിയതിന്റെ ഫലമായി അവരുടെ കണ്ണുകളില് നിന്ന് കണ്ണുനീര് ഒഴുകുന്നതായി നിനക്ക് കാണാം. അവര് പറയും: ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവേ! ഞങ്ങള് വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിനാല് സത്യസാക്ഷികളോടൊപ്പം ഞങ്ങളെയും നീ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണമേ
وَمَا لَنَا لَا نُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَمَا جَآءَنَا مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَنَطۡمَعُ أَن يُدۡخِلَنَا رَبُّنَا مَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ
84And why should we not believe in Allah and what has come to us of the truth? And we aspire that our Lord will admit us [to Paradise] with the righteous people
ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് സജ്ജനങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം ഞങ്ങളെ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കുവാന് ഞങ്ങള് മോഹിച്ച് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ, ഞങ്ങള്ക്കെങ്ങനെ അല്ലാഹുവിലും ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് വന്നുകിട്ടിയ സത്യത്തിലും വിശ്വസിക്കാതിരിക്കാന് കഴിയും
فَأَثَٰبَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا قَالُواْ جَنَّـٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
85So Allah rewarded them for what they said with gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. And that is the reward of doers of good
അങ്ങനെ അവരീ പറഞ്ഞത് നിമിത്തം അല്ലാഹു അവര്ക്ക് താഴ്ഭാഗത്ത് കൂടി അരുവികള് ഒഴുകുന്ന സ്വര്ഗത്തോപ്പുകള് പ്രതിഫലമായി നല്കി. അവരതില് നിത്യവാസികളായിരിക്കും. സദ്വൃത്തര്ക്കുള്ള പ്രതിഫലമത്രെ അത്
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ
86But those who disbelieved and denied Our signs - they are the companions of Hellfire
അവിശ്വസിക്കുകയും, നമ്മുടെ തെളിവുകളെ തള്ളിക്കളയുകയും ചെയ്തവരാരോ അവരാകുന്നു നരകാവകാശികള്
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُحَرِّمُواْ طَيِّبَٰتِ مَآ أَحَلَّ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡتَدُوٓاْۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ
87O you who have believed, do not prohibit the good things which Allah has made lawful to you and do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുവദിച്ച് തന്ന വിശിഷ്ടവസ്തുക്കളെ നിങ്ങള് നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കരുത്. നിങ്ങള് പരിധി ലംഘിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യരുത്. പരിധി ലംഘിക്കുന്നവരെ അല്ലാഹു ഒട്ടും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുകയില്ല
وَكُلُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ حَلَٰلٗا طَيِّبٗاۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنتُم بِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنُونَ
88And eat of what Allah has provided for you [which is] lawful and good. And fear Allah, in whom you are believers
അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നല്കിയതില് നിന്ന് അനുവദനീയവും വിശിഷ്ടവും ആയത് നിങ്ങള് തിന്നുകൊള്ളുക. ഏതൊരുവനിലാണോ നിങ്ങള് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നത് ആ അല്ലാഹുവിനെ നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക
لَا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِٱللَّغۡوِ فِيٓ أَيۡمَٰنِكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَاخِذُكُم بِمَا عَقَّدتُّمُ ٱلۡأَيۡمَٰنَۖ فَكَفَّـٰرَتُهُۥٓ إِطۡعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَٰكِينَ مِنۡ أَوۡسَطِ مَا تُطۡعِمُونَ أَهۡلِيكُمۡ أَوۡ كِسۡوَتُهُمۡ أَوۡ تَحۡرِيرُ رَقَبَةٖۖ فَمَن لَّمۡ يَجِدۡ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَٰثَةِ أَيَّامٖۚ ذَٰلِكَ كَفَّـٰرَةُ أَيۡمَٰنِكُمۡ إِذَا حَلَفۡتُمۡۚ وَٱحۡفَظُوٓاْ أَيۡمَٰنَكُمۡۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ
89Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for [breaking] what you intended of oaths. So its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it] - then a fast of three days [is required]. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. But guard your oaths. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be grateful
ബോധപൂര്വ്വമല്ലാത്ത നിങ്ങളുടെ ശപഥങ്ങളുടെ പേരില് അവന് നിങ്ങളെ പിടികൂടുകയില്ല. എന്നാല് നിങ്ങള് ഉറപ്പിച്ചു ചെയ്ത ശപഥങ്ങളുടെ പേരില് അവന് നിങ്ങളെ പിടികൂടുന്നതാണ്. അപ്പോള് അതിന്റെ (അത് ലംഘിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ) പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം നിങ്ങള് നിങ്ങളുടെ വീട്ടുകാര്ക്ക് നല്കാറുള്ള മദ്ധ്യനിലയിലുള്ള ഭക്ഷണത്തില് നിന്ന് പത്തു സാധുക്കള്ക്ക് ഭക്ഷിക്കാന് കൊടുക്കുകയോ, അല്ലെങ്കില് അവര്ക്ക് വസ്ത്രം നല്കുകയോ, അല്ലെങ്കില് ഒരു അടിമയെ മോചിപ്പിക്കുകയോ ആകുന്നു. ഇനി വല്ലവന്നും (അതൊന്നും) കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കില് മൂന്നു ദിവസം നോമ്പെടുക്കുകയാണ് വേണ്ടത്. നിങ്ങള് സത്യം ചെയ്തു പറഞ്ഞാല്, നിങ്ങളുടെ ശപഥങ്ങള് ലംഘിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രായശ്ചിത്തമാകുന്നു അത്. നിങ്ങളുടെ ശപഥങ്ങളെ നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷിച്ച് കൊള്ളുക. അപ്രകാരം അല്ലാഹു അവന്റെ വചനങ്ങള് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിവരിച്ചുതരുന്നു; നിങ്ങള് നന്ദിയുള്ളവരായിരിക്കാന് വേണ്ടി
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡخَمۡرُ وَٱلۡمَيۡسِرُ وَٱلۡأَنصَابُ وَٱلۡأَزۡلَٰمُ رِجۡسٞ مِّنۡ عَمَلِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ فَٱجۡتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ
90O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, മദ്യവും ചൂതാട്ടവും പ്രതിഷ്ഠകളും പ്രശ്നം വെച്ച് നോക്കാനുള്ള അമ്പുകളും പൈശാചികമായ മ്ലേച്ഛവൃത്തി മാത്രമാകുന്നു. അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് അതൊക്കെ വര്ജ്ജിക്കുക. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിജയം പ്രാപിക്കാം
إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ أَن يُوقِعَ بَيۡنَكُمُ ٱلۡعَدَٰوَةَ وَٱلۡبَغۡضَآءَ فِي ٱلۡخَمۡرِ وَٱلۡمَيۡسِرِ وَيَصُدَّكُمۡ عَن ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِ وَعَنِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِۖ فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّنتَهُونَ
91Satan only wants to cause between you animosity and hatred through intoxicants and gambling and to avert you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. So will you not desist
പിശാച് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് മദ്യത്തിലൂടെയും, ചൂതാട്ടത്തിലൂടെയും നിങ്ങള്ക്കിടയില് ശത്രുതയും വിദ്വേഷവും ഉളവാക്കുവാനും, അല്ലാഹുവെ ഓര്മിക്കുന്നതില് നിന്നും നമസ്കാരത്തില് നിന്നും നിങ്ങളെ തടയുവാനും മാത്രമാകുന്നു. അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് (അവയില് നിന്ന്) വിരമിക്കുവാനൊരുക്കമുണ്ടോ
وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَٱحۡذَرُواْۚ فَإِن تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَا ٱلۡبَلَٰغُ ٱلۡمُبِينُ
92And obey Allah and obey the Messenger and beware. And if you turn away - then know that upon Our Messenger is only [the responsibility for] clear notification
നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെയും റസൂലിനെയും അനുസരിക്കുകയും, (ധിക്കാരം വന്നു പോകാതെ) സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. ഇനി നിങ്ങള് പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞ് കളയുകയാണെങ്കില് നമ്മുടെ ദൂതന്റെ ബാധ്യത വ്യക്തമായ രീതിയില് സന്ദേശമെത്തിക്കുക മാത്രമാണെന്ന് നിങ്ങള് മനസ്സിലാക്കുക
لَيۡسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ جُنَاحٞ فِيمَا طَعِمُوٓاْ إِذَا مَا ٱتَّقَواْ وَّءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ ثُمَّ ٱتَّقَواْ وَّءَامَنُواْ ثُمَّ ٱتَّقَواْ وَّأَحۡسَنُواْۚ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
93There is not upon those who believe and do righteousness [any] blame concerning what they have eaten [in the past] if they [now] fear Allah and believe and do righteous deeds, and then fear Allah and believe, and then fear Allah and do good; and Allah loves the doers of good
വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും സല്കര്മ്മങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവര്ക്ക് അവര് (മുമ്പ്) കഴിച്ചു പോയതില് കുറ്റമില്ല. അവര് (അല്ലാഹുവെ) സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും സല്പ്രവൃത്തികളില് ഏര്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്. അതിനു ശേഷവും അവര് സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുകയും, നല്ല നിലയില് വര്ത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്. സദ്വൃത്തരെ അല്ലാഹു ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നു
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَيَبۡلُوَنَّكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِشَيۡءٖ مِّنَ ٱلصَّيۡدِ تَنَالُهُۥٓ أَيۡدِيكُمۡ وَرِمَاحُكُمۡ لِيَعۡلَمَ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَخَافُهُۥ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِۚ فَمَنِ ٱعۡتَدَىٰ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَهُۥ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ
94O you who have believed, Allah will surely test you through something of the game that your hands and spears [can] reach, that Allah may make evident those who fear Him unseen. And whoever transgresses after that - for him is a painful punishment
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങളുടെ കൈകള്കൊണ്ടും ശൂലങ്ങള് കൊണ്ടും വേട്ടയാടിപ്പിടിക്കാവുന്ന വിധത്തിലുള്ള വല്ല ജന്തുക്കളും മുഖേന അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങളെ പരീക്ഷിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. അദൃശ്യമായ നിലയില് അല്ലാഹുവെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നവരെ അവന് വേര്തിരിച്ചറിയാന് വേണ്ടിയത്രെ അത്. വല്ലവനും അതിന് ശേഷം അതിക്രമം കാണിച്ചാല് അവന്ന് വേദനയേറിയ ശിക്ഷയുണ്ടായിരിക്കും
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَقۡتُلُواْ ٱلصَّيۡدَ وَأَنتُمۡ حُرُمٞۚ وَمَن قَتَلَهُۥ مِنكُم مُّتَعَمِّدٗا فَجَزَآءٞ مِّثۡلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ ٱلنَّعَمِ يَحۡكُمُ بِهِۦ ذَوَا عَدۡلٖ مِّنكُمۡ هَدۡيَۢا بَٰلِغَ ٱلۡكَعۡبَةِ أَوۡ كَفَّـٰرَةٞ طَعَامُ مَسَٰكِينَ أَوۡ عَدۡلُ ذَٰلِكَ صِيَامٗا لِّيَذُوقَ وَبَالَ أَمۡرِهِۦۗ عَفَا ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا سَلَفَۚ وَمَنۡ عَادَ فَيَنتَقِمُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۡهُۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٞ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٍ
95O you who have believed, do not kill game while you are in the state of ihram. And whoever of you kills it intentionally - the penalty is an equivalent from sacrificial animals to what he killed, as judged by two just men among you as an offering [to Allah] delivered to the Ka'bah, or an expiation: the feeding of needy people or the equivalent of that in fasting, that he may taste the consequence of his deed. Allah has pardoned what is past; but whoever returns [to violation], then Allah will take retribution from him. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങള് ഇഹ്റാമിലായിരിക്കെ വേട്ടമൃഗത്തെ കൊല്ലരുത്. നിങ്ങളിലൊരാള് മനഃപൂര്വ്വം അതിനെ കൊല്ലുന്ന പക്ഷം, അവന് കൊന്നതിന് തുല്യമെന്ന് നിങ്ങളില് രണ്ടുപേര് തീര്പ്പുകല്പിക്കുന്ന കാലിയെ (അഥവാ കാലികളെ) കഅ്ബത്തിങ്കല് എത്തിച്ചേരേണ്ട ബലിമൃഗമായി നല്കേണ്ടതാണ്. അല്ലെങ്കില് പ്രായശ്ചിത്തമായി ഏതാനും അഗതികള്ക്ക് ആഹാരം നല്കുകയോ, അല്ലെങ്കില് അതിന് തുല്യമായി നോമ്പെടുക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. അവന് ചെയ്തതിന്റെ ഭവിഷ്യത്ത് അവന് അനുഭവിക്കാന് വേണ്ടിയാണിത്. മുമ്പ് ചെയ്തു പോയതിന് അല്ലാഹു മാപ്പുനല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. വല്ലവനും അത് ആവര്ത്തിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം അല്ലാഹു അവന്റെ നേരെ ശിക്ഷാനടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അല്ലാഹു പ്രതാപിയും ശിക്ഷാനടപടി കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നവനുമാകുന്നു
أُحِلَّ لَكُمۡ صَيۡدُ ٱلۡبَحۡرِ وَطَعَامُهُۥ مَتَٰعٗا لَّكُمۡ وَلِلسَّيَّارَةِۖ وَحُرِّمَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ صَيۡدُ ٱلۡبَرِّ مَا دُمۡتُمۡ حُرُمٗاۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِيٓ إِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ
96Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and the travelers, but forbidden to you is game from the land as long as you are in the state of ihram. And fear Allah to whom you will be gathered
നിങ്ങള്ക്കും യാത്രാസംഘങ്ങള്ക്കും ജീവിതവിഭവമായിക്കൊണ്ട് കടലിലെ വേട്ട ജന്തുക്കളും സമുദ്രാഹാരവും നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങള് ഇഹ്റാമിലായിരിക്കുമ്പോഴൊക്കെയും കരയിലെ വേട്ട ജന്തുക്കള് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. എതൊരുവനിലേക്കാണോ നിങ്ങള് ഒരുമിച്ചുകൂട്ടപ്പെടുന്നത് ആ അല്ലാഹുവെ നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷിക്കുക
۞جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡكَعۡبَةَ ٱلۡبَيۡتَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ قِيَٰمٗا لِّلنَّاسِ وَٱلشَّهۡرَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ وَٱلۡهَدۡيَ وَٱلۡقَلَـٰٓئِدَۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ
97Allah has made the Ka'bah, the Sacred House, standing for the people and [has sanctified] the sacred months and the sacrificial animals and the garlands [by which they are identified]. That is so you may know that Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth and that Allah is Knowing of all things
പവിത്രഭവനമായ കഅ്ബയെയും, യുദ്ധം നിഷിദ്ധമായ മാസത്തെയും അല്ലാഹു ജനങ്ങളുടെ നിലനില്പിന് ആധാരമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. (അതുപോലെതന്നെ കഅ്ബത്തിങ്കലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന) ബലിമൃഗത്തെയും (അവയുടെ കഴുത്തിലെ) അടയാളത്താലികളെയും (അല്ലാഹു നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.) ആകാശത്തിലുള്ളതും ഭൂമിയിലുള്ളതും അല്ലാഹു അറിയുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും, അല്ലാഹു ഏത് കാര്യത്തെപ്പറ്റിയും അറിവുള്ളവനാണെന്നും നിങ്ങള് മനസ്സിലാക്കുവാന് വേണ്ടിയത്രെ അത്
ٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
98Know that Allah is severe in penalty and that Allah is Forgiving and Merciful
അല്ലാഹു കഠിനമായി ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നവനാണെന്നും അല്ലാഹു ഏറെ പൊറുക്കുന്നവനും കരുണാനിധിയുമാണെന്നും നിങ്ങള് മനസ്സിലാക്കുക
مَّا عَلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ إِلَّا ٱلۡبَلَٰغُۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ مَا تُبۡدُونَ وَمَا تَكۡتُمُونَ
99Not upon the Messenger is [responsibility] except [for] notification. And Allah knows whatever you reveal and whatever you conceal
റസൂലിന്റെ മേല് പ്രബോധന ബാധ്യത മാത്രമേയുള്ളൂ. നിങ്ങള് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും ഒളിച്ചുവെക്കുന്നതുമെല്ലാം അല്ലാഹു അറിയുന്നു
قُل لَّا يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡخَبِيثُ وَٱلطَّيِّبُ وَلَوۡ أَعۡجَبَكَ كَثۡرَةُ ٱلۡخَبِيثِۚ فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ يَـٰٓأُوْلِي ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ
100Say, "Not equal are the evil and the good, although the abundance of evil might impress you." So fear Allah, O you of understanding, that you may be successful
(നബിയേ,) പറയുക: ദുഷിച്ചതും നല്ലതും സമമാകുകയില്ല. ദുഷിച്ചതിന്റെ വര്ദ്ധനവ് നിന്നെ അത്ഭുതപ്പെടുത്തിയാലും ശരി. അതിനാല് ബുദ്ധിമാന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക. നിങ്ങള് വിജയം പ്രാപിച്ചേക്കാം
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَسۡـَٔلُواْ عَنۡ أَشۡيَآءَ إِن تُبۡدَ لَكُمۡ تَسُؤۡكُمۡ وَإِن تَسۡـَٔلُواْ عَنۡهَا حِينَ يُنَزَّلُ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ تُبۡدَ لَكُمۡ عَفَا ٱللَّهُ عَنۡهَاۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٞ
101O you who have believed, do not ask about things which, if they are shown to you, will distress you. But if you ask about them while the Qur'an is being revealed, they will be shown to you. Allah has pardoned that which is past; and Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, ചിലകാര്യങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി നിങ്ങള് ചോദിക്കരുത്. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അവ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തപ്പെട്ടാല് നിങ്ങള്ക്കത് മനഃപ്രയാസമുണ്ടാക്കും. ഖുര്ആന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന സമയത്ത് നിങ്ങളവയെപ്പറ്റി ചോദിക്കുകയാണെങ്കില് നിങ്ങള്ക്കവ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. (നിങ്ങള് ചോദിച്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞതിന്) അല്ലാഹു (നിങ്ങള്ക്ക്) മാപ്പുനല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു ഏറെ പൊറുക്കുന്നവനും സഹനശീലനുമാകുന്നു
قَدۡ سَأَلَهَا قَوۡمٞ مِّن قَبۡلِكُمۡ ثُمَّ أَصۡبَحُواْ بِهَا كَٰفِرِينَ
102A people asked such [questions] before you; then they became thereby disbelievers
നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് മുമ്പ് ഒരു ജനവിഭാഗം അത്തരം ചോദ്യങ്ങള് ചോദിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. പിന്നെ അവയില് അവര് അവിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായിത്തീരുകയും ചെയ്തു
مَا جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَحِيرَةٖ وَلَا سَآئِبَةٖ وَلَا وَصِيلَةٖ وَلَا حَامٖ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يَفۡتَرُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡكَذِبَۖ وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ
103Allah has not appointed [such innovations as] bahirah or sa'ibah or wasilah or ham. But those who disbelieve invent falsehood about Allah, and most of them do not reason
ബഹീറഃ, സാഇബഃ, വസ്വീലഃ, ഹാം എന്നീ നേര്ച്ചമൃഗങ്ങളെയൊന്നും അല്ലാഹു നിശ്ചയിച്ചതല്ല. പക്ഷെ, സത്യനിഷേധികള് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ പേരില് കള്ളം കെട്ടിച്ചമയ്ക്കുകയാണ്. അവരില് അധികപേരും ചിന്തിച്ച് മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നില്ല
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ تَعَالَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ قَالُواْ حَسۡبُنَا مَا وَجَدۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ ءَابَآءَنَآۚ أَوَلَوۡ كَانَ ءَابَآؤُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ
104And when it is said to them, "Come to what Allah has revealed and to the Messenger," they say, "Sufficient for us is that upon which we found our fathers." Even though their fathers knew nothing, nor were they guided
അല്ലാഹു അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതിലേക്കും, റസൂലിലേക്കും വരുവിന് എന്ന് അവരോട് പറയപ്പെട്ടാല്, ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കളെ ഏതൊരു നിലപാടിലാണോ ഞങ്ങള് കണ്ടെത്തിയത് അതു മതി ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക്. എന്നായിരിക്കും അവര് പറയുക: അവരുടെ പിതാക്കള് യാതൊന്നുമറിയാത്തവരും, സന്മാര്ഗം പ്രാപിക്കാത്തവരും ആയിരുന്നാല് പോലും (അത് മതിയെന്നോ)
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ عَلَيۡكُمۡ أَنفُسَكُمۡۖ لَا يَضُرُّكُم مَّن ضَلَّ إِذَا ٱهۡتَدَيۡتُمۡۚ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ جَمِيعٗا فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ
105O you who have believed, upon you is [responsibility for] yourselves. Those who have gone astray will not harm you when you have been guided. To Allah is you return all together; then He will inform you of what you used to do
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങള് നിങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യങ്ങള് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് കൊള്ളുക. നിങ്ങള് സന്മാര്ഗം പ്രാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില് വഴിപിഴച്ചവര് നിങ്ങള്ക്കൊരു ദ്രോഹവും വരുത്തുകയില്ല. അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കലേക്കത്രെ നിങ്ങളുടെയെല്ലാം മടക്കം. നിങ്ങള് ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റിയെല്ലാം അപ്പോള് അവന് നിങ്ങളെ വിവരമറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ شَهَٰدَةُ بَيۡنِكُمۡ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ حِينَ ٱلۡوَصِيَّةِ ٱثۡنَانِ ذَوَا عَدۡلٖ مِّنكُمۡ أَوۡ ءَاخَرَانِ مِنۡ غَيۡرِكُمۡ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ ضَرَبۡتُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَأَصَٰبَتۡكُم مُّصِيبَةُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِۚ تَحۡبِسُونَهُمَا مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ فَيُقۡسِمَانِ بِٱللَّهِ إِنِ ٱرۡتَبۡتُمۡ لَا نَشۡتَرِي بِهِۦ ثَمَنٗا وَلَوۡ كَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰ وَلَا نَكۡتُمُ شَهَٰدَةَ ٱللَّهِ إِنَّآ إِذٗا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡأٓثِمِينَ
106O you who have believed, testimony [should be taken] among you when death approaches one of you at the time of bequest - [that of] two just men from among you or two others from outside if you are traveling through the land and the disaster of death should strike you. Detain them after the prayer and let them both swear by Allah if you doubt [their testimony, saying], "We will not exchange our oath for a price, even if he should be a near relative, and we will not withhold the testimony of Allah. Indeed, we would then be of the sinful
സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങളിലൊരാള്ക്ക് മരണമാസന്നമായാല് വസ്വിയ്യത്തിന്റെ സമയത്ത് നിങ്ങളില് നിന്നുള്ള നീതിമാന്മാരായ രണ്ടുപേര് നിങ്ങള്ക്കിടയില് സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഇനി നിങ്ങള് ഭൂമിയിലൂടെ യാത്രചെയ്യുന്ന സമയത്താണ് മരണവിപത്ത് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വന്നെത്തുന്നതെങ്കില് (വസ്വിയ്യത്തിന് സാക്ഷികളായി) നിങ്ങളല്ലാത്തവരില് പെട്ട രണ്ടുപേരായാലും മതി. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് സംശയം തോന്നുകയാണെങ്കില് അവരെ രണ്ടുപേരെയും നമസ്കാരം കഴിഞ്ഞതിന് ശേഷം നിങ്ങള് തടഞ്ഞ് നിര്ത്തണം. എന്നിട്ടവര് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ പേരില് ഇപ്രകാരം സത്യം ചെയ്ത് പറയണം: ഇതിന് (ഈ സത്യം മറച്ചു വെക്കുന്നതിന്) പകരം യാതൊരു വിലയും ഞങ്ങള് വാങ്ങുകയില്ല. അത് അടുത്ത ഒരു ബന്ധുവെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന കാര്യമായാല് പോലും. അല്ലാഹുവിനുവേണ്ടി ഏറ്റെടുത്ത സാക്ഷ്യം ഞങ്ങള് മറച്ച് വെക്കുകയില്ല. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താല് തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള് കുറ്റക്കാരില് പെട്ടവരായിരിക്കും
فَإِنۡ عُثِرَ عَلَىٰٓ أَنَّهُمَا ٱسۡتَحَقَّآ إِثۡمٗا فَـَٔاخَرَانِ يَقُومَانِ مَقَامَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَحَقَّ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡأَوۡلَيَٰنِ فَيُقۡسِمَانِ بِٱللَّهِ لَشَهَٰدَتُنَآ أَحَقُّ مِن شَهَٰدَتِهِمَا وَمَا ٱعۡتَدَيۡنَآ إِنَّآ إِذٗا لَّمِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
107But if it is found that those two were guilty of perjury, let two others stand in their place [who are] foremost [in claim] from those who have a lawful right. And let them swear by Allah, "Our testimony is truer than their testimony, and we have not transgressed. Indeed, we would then be of the wrongdoers
ഇനി അവര് (രണ്ടു സാക്ഷികള്) കുറ്റത്തിന് അവകാശികളായിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന് തെളിയുന്ന പക്ഷം കുറ്റം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളത് ആര്ക്കെതിരിലാണോ അവരില് പെട്ട (പരേതനോട്) കൂടുതല് ബന്ധമുള്ള മറ്റ് രണ്ടുപേര് അവരുടെ സ്ഥാനത്ത് (സാക്ഷികളായി) നില്ക്കണം. എന്നിട്ട് അവര് രണ്ടുപേരും അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ പേരില് ഇപ്രകാരം സത്യം ചെയ്ത് പറയണം: തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങളുടെ സാക്ഷ്യമാകുന്നു ഇവരുടെ സാക്ഷ്യത്തേക്കാള് സത്യസന്ധമായിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഞങ്ങള് ഒരു അന്യായവും ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താല് തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള് അക്രമികളില് പെട്ടവരായിരിക്കും
ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَن يَأۡتُواْ بِٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ عَلَىٰ وَجۡهِهَآ أَوۡ يَخَافُوٓاْ أَن تُرَدَّ أَيۡمَٰنُۢ بَعۡدَ أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱسۡمَعُواْۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
108That is more likely that they will give testimony according to its [true] objective, or [at least] they would fear that [other] oaths might be taken after their oaths. And fear Allah and listen; and Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people
അവര് (സാക്ഷികള്) മുറപോലെ സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കുന്നതിന് അതാണ് കൂടുതല് അനുയോജ്യമായിട്ടുള്ളത്. തങ്ങള് സത്യം ചെയ്തതിന് ശേഷം (അനന്തരാവകാശികള്ക്ക്) സത്യം ചെയ്യാന് അവസരം നല്കപ്പെടുമെന്ന് അവര്ക്ക് (സാക്ഷികള്ക്ക്) പേടിയുണ്ടാകുവാനും (അതാണ് കൂടുതല് ഉപകരിക്കുക.) നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും (അവന്റെ കല്പനകള്) ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. ധിക്കാരികളായ ആളുകളെ അല്ലാഹു നേര്വഴിയിലാക്കുകയില്ല
۞يَوۡمَ يَجۡمَعُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلرُّسُلَ فَيَقُولُ مَاذَآ أُجِبۡتُمۡۖ قَالُواْ لَا عِلۡمَ لَنَآۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ عَلَّـٰمُ ٱلۡغُيُوبِ
109[Be warned of] the Day when Allah will assemble the messengers and say, "What was the response you received?" They will say, "We have no knowledge. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen
അല്ലാഹു ദൂതന്മാരെ ഒരുമിച്ചുകൂട്ടുകയും, നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് എന്ത് മറുപടിയാണ് കിട്ടിയത് എന്ന് ചോദിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ദിവസം അവര് പറയും: ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് യാതൊരു അറിവുമില്ല. നീയാണ് അദൃശ്യകാര്യങ്ങള് നന്നായി അറിയുന്നവന്
إِذۡ قَالَ ٱللَّهُ يَٰعِيسَى ٱبۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ ٱذۡكُرۡ نِعۡمَتِي عَلَيۡكَ وَعَلَىٰ وَٰلِدَتِكَ إِذۡ أَيَّدتُّكَ بِرُوحِ ٱلۡقُدُسِ تُكَلِّمُ ٱلنَّاسَ فِي ٱلۡمَهۡدِ وَكَهۡلٗاۖ وَإِذۡ عَلَّمۡتُكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ وَٱلۡإِنجِيلَۖ وَإِذۡ تَخۡلُقُ مِنَ ٱلطِّينِ كَهَيۡـَٔةِ ٱلطَّيۡرِ بِإِذۡنِي فَتَنفُخُ فِيهَا فَتَكُونُ طَيۡرَۢا بِإِذۡنِيۖ وَتُبۡرِئُ ٱلۡأَكۡمَهَ وَٱلۡأَبۡرَصَ بِإِذۡنِيۖ وَإِذۡ تُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ بِإِذۡنِيۖ وَإِذۡ كَفَفۡتُ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ عَنكَ إِذۡ جِئۡتَهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرٞ مُّبِينٞ
110[The Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Pure Spirit and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic
(ഈസായോട്) അല്ലാഹു പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം (ശ്രദ്ധേയമാകുന്നു.) മര്യമിന്റെ മകനായ ഈസാ! തൊട്ടിലില് വെച്ചും, മദ്ധ്യവയസ്കനായിരിക്കെയും നീ ജനങ്ങളോട് സംസാരിക്കവെ, പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവ് മുഖേന നിനക്ക് ഞാന് പിന്ബലം നല്കിയ സന്ദര്ഭത്തിലും, ഗ്രന്ഥവും ജ്ഞാനവും തൌറാത്തും ഇന്ജീലും നിനക്ക് ഞാന് പഠിപ്പിച്ചുതന്ന സന്ദര്ഭത്തിലും, എന്റെ അനുമതി പ്രകാരം കളിമണ്ണ് കൊണ്ട് നീ പക്ഷിയുടെ മാതൃകയില് രൂപപ്പെടുത്തുകയും, എന്നിട്ട് നീ അതില് ഊതുമ്പോള് എന്റെ അനുമതി പ്രകാരം അത് പക്ഷിയായിത്തീരുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന സന്ദര്ഭത്തിലും, എന്റെ അനുമതി പ്രകാരം ജന്മനാ കാഴ്ചയില്ലാത്തവനെയും, പാണ്ഡുരോഗിയെയും നീ സുഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സന്ദര്ഭത്തിലും, എന്റെ അനുമതി പ്രകാരം നീ മരണപ്പെട്ടവരെ പുറത്ത് കൊണ്ട് വരുന്ന സന്ദര്ഭത്തിലും, നീ ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികളുടെ അടുത്ത് വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവുകളുമായി ചെന്നിട്ട് അവരിലെ സത്യനിഷേധികള് ഇത് പ്രത്യക്ഷമായ മാരണം മാത്രമാകുന്നു. എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ അവസരത്തില് നിന്നെ അപകടപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതില് നിന്ന് അവരെ ഞാന് തടഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭത്തിലും ഞാന് നിനക്കും നിന്റെ മാതാവിനും ചെയ്ത് തന്ന അനുഗ്രഹം ഓര്ക്കുക
وَإِذۡ أَوۡحَيۡتُ إِلَى ٱلۡحَوَارِيِّـۧنَ أَنۡ ءَامِنُواْ بِي وَبِرَسُولِي قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا وَٱشۡهَدۡ بِأَنَّنَا مُسۡلِمُونَ
111And [remember] when I inspired to the disciples, "Believe in Me and in My messenger Jesus." They said, "We have believed, so bear witness that indeed we are Muslims [in submission to Allah]
നിങ്ങള് എന്നിലും എന്റെ ദൂതനിലും വിശ്വസിക്കൂ എന്ന് ഞാന് ഹവാരികള്ക്ക് ബോധനം നല്കിയ സന്ദര്ഭത്തിലും. അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: ഞങ്ങള് വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞങ്ങള് മുസ്ലിംകളാണെന്നതിന് നീ സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിച്ച് കൊള്ളുക
إِذۡ قَالَ ٱلۡحَوَارِيُّونَ يَٰعِيسَى ٱبۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ هَلۡ يَسۡتَطِيعُ رَبُّكَ أَن يُنَزِّلَ عَلَيۡنَا مَآئِدَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِۖ قَالَ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
112[And remember] when the disciples said, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, can your Lord send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven? [Jesus] said," Fear Allah, if you should be believers
ഹവാരികള് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക: മര്യമിന്റെ മകനായ ഈസാ, ആകാശത്തുനിന്ന് ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഒരു ഭക്ഷണത്തളിക ഇറക്കിത്തരുവാന് നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിന് സാധിക്കുമോ? അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള് വിശ്വാസികളാണെങ്കില് അല്ലാഹുവെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക
قَالُواْ نُرِيدُ أَن نَّأۡكُلَ مِنۡهَا وَتَطۡمَئِنَّ قُلُوبُنَا وَنَعۡلَمَ أَن قَدۡ صَدَقۡتَنَا وَنَكُونَ عَلَيۡهَا مِنَ ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَ
113They said, "We wish to eat from it and let our hearts be reassured and know that you have been truthful to us and be among its witnesses
അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: ഞങ്ങള്ക്കതില് നിന്ന് ഭക്ഷിക്കുവാനും അങ്ങനെ ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് മനസ്സമാധാനമുണ്ടാകുവാനും, താങ്കള് ഞങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞത് സത്യമാണെന്ന് ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് ബോധ്യമാകുവാനും, ഞങ്ങള് അതിന് ദൃക്സാക്ഷികളായിത്തീരുവാനുമാണ് ഞങ്ങള് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത്
قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ ٱللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَآ أَنزِلۡ عَلَيۡنَا مَآئِدَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ تَكُونُ لَنَا عِيدٗا لِّأَوَّلِنَا وَءَاخِرِنَا وَءَايَةٗ مِّنكَۖ وَٱرۡزُقۡنَا وَأَنتَ خَيۡرُ ٱلرَّـٰزِقِينَ
114Said Jesus, the son of Mary, "O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers
മര്യമിന്റെ മകന് ഈസാ പറഞ്ഞു: ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവായ അല്ലാഹുവേ, ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് നീ ആകാശത്ത് നിന്ന് ഒരു ഭക്ഷണത്തളിക ഇറക്കിത്തരേണമേ. ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക്, ഞങ്ങളിലെ ആദ്യത്തിലുള്ളവന്നും, അവസാനത്തിലുള്ളവന്നും ഒരു പെരുന്നാളും, നിന്റെ പക്കല് നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു ദൃഷ്ടാന്തവുമായിരിക്കണം അത്. ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് നീ ഉപജീവനം നല്കുകയും ചെയ്യേണമേ. നീ ഉപജീവനം നല്കുന്നവരില് ഏറ്റവും ഉത്തമനാണല്ലോ
قَالَ ٱللَّهُ إِنِّي مُنَزِّلُهَا عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ فَمَن يَكۡفُرۡ بَعۡدُ مِنكُمۡ فَإِنِّيٓ أُعَذِّبُهُۥ عَذَابٗا لَّآ أُعَذِّبُهُۥٓ أَحَدٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
115Allah said, "Indeed, I will sent it down to you, but whoever disbelieves afterwards from among you - then indeed will I punish him with a punishment by which I have not punished anyone among the worlds
അല്ലാഹു പറഞ്ഞു: ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്കത് ഇറക്കിത്തരാം. എന്നാല് അതിന് ശേഷം നിങ്ങളില് ആരെങ്കിലും അവിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം ലോകരില് ഒരാള്ക്കും ഞാന് നല്കാത്ത വിധമുള്ള (കടുത്ത) ശിക്ഷ അവന്ന് നല്കുന്നതാണ്
وَإِذۡ قَالَ ٱللَّهُ يَٰعِيسَى ٱبۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ ءَأَنتَ قُلۡتَ لِلنَّاسِ ٱتَّخِذُونِي وَأُمِّيَ إِلَٰهَيۡنِ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۖ قَالَ سُبۡحَٰنَكَ مَا يَكُونُ لِيٓ أَنۡ أَقُولَ مَا لَيۡسَ لِي بِحَقٍّۚ إِن كُنتُ قُلۡتُهُۥ فَقَدۡ عَلِمۡتَهُۥۚ تَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي نَفۡسِي وَلَآ أَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي نَفۡسِكَۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ عَلَّـٰمُ ٱلۡغُيُوبِ
116And [beware the Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as deities besides Allah?'" He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen
അല്ലാഹു പറയുന്ന സന്ദര്ഭവും (ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക.) മര്യമിന്റെ മകന് ഈസാ, അല്ലാഹുവിന് പുറമെ എന്നെയും, എന്റെ മാതാവിനെയും ദൈവങ്ങളാക്കിക്കൊള്ളുവിന്. എന്ന് നീയാണോ ജനങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞത്? അദ്ദേഹം പറയും: നീയെത്ര പരിശുദ്ധന്! എനിക്ക് (പറയാന്) യാതൊരു അവകാശവുമില്ലാത്തത് ഞാന് പറയാവതല്ലല്ലോ? ഞാനത് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നെങ്കില് തീര്ച്ചയായും നീയത് അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുമല്ലോ. എന്റെ മനസ്സിലുള്ളത് നീ അറിയും. നിന്റെ മനസ്സിലുള്ളത് ഞാനറിയില്ല. തീര്ച്ചയായും നീ തന്നെയാണ് അദൃശ്യകാര്യങ്ങള് അറിയുന്നവന്
مَا قُلۡتُ لَهُمۡ إِلَّا مَآ أَمَرۡتَنِي بِهِۦٓ أَنِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبَّكُمۡۚ وَكُنتُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ شَهِيدٗا مَّا دُمۡتُ فِيهِمۡۖ فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّيۡتَنِي كُنتَ أَنتَ ٱلرَّقِيبَ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ وَأَنتَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ
117I said not to them except what You commanded me - to worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. And I was a witness over them as long as I was among them; but when You took me up, You were the Observer over them, and You are, over all things, Witness
നീ എന്നോട് കല്പിച്ച കാര്യം അഥവാ എന്റെയും നിങ്ങളുടെയും രക്ഷിതാവായ അല്ലാഹുവെ നിങ്ങള് ആരാധിക്കണം എന്ന കാര്യം മാത്രമേ ഞാനവരോട് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളൂ. ഞാന് അവര്ക്കിടയില് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നപ്പോഴൊക്കെ ഞാന് അവരുടെ മേല് സാക്ഷിയായിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് നീ എന്നെ പൂര്ണ്ണമായി ഏറ്റെടുത്തപ്പോള് നീ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു അവരെ നിരീക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്നവന്. നീ എല്ലാകാര്യത്തിനും സാക്ഷിയാകുന്നു
إِن تُعَذِّبۡهُمۡ فَإِنَّهُمۡ عِبَادُكَۖ وَإِن تَغۡفِرۡ لَهُمۡ فَإِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
118If You should punish them - indeed they are Your servants; but if You forgive them - indeed it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise
നീ അവരെ ശിക്ഷിക്കുകയാണെങ്കില് തീര്ച്ചയായും അവര് നിന്റെ ദാസന്മാരാണല്ലോ. നീ അവര്ക്ക് പൊറുത്തുകൊടുക്കുകയാണെങ്കില് നീ തന്നെയാണല്ലോ പ്രതാപിയും യുക്തിമാനും
قَالَ ٱللَّهُ هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ يَنفَعُ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ صِدۡقُهُمۡۚ لَهُمۡ جَنَّـٰتٞ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدٗاۖ رَّضِيَ ٱللَّهُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَرَضُواْ عَنۡهُۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ
119Allah will say, "This is the Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness." For them are gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them, and they with Him. That is the great attainment
അല്ലാഹു പറയും: ഇത് സത്യവാന്മാര്ക്ക് തങ്ങളുടെ സത്യസന്ധത പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുന്ന ദിവസമാകുന്നു. അവര്ക്ക് താഴ്ഭാഗത്ത് കൂടി അരുവികള് ഒഴുകുന്ന സ്വര്ഗത്തോപ്പുകളുണ്ട്. അവരതില് നിത്യവാസികളായിരിക്കും. അവരെപ്പറ്റി അല്ലാഹു തൃപ്തിപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അവര് അവനെപ്പറ്റിയും തൃപ്തിപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അതത്രെ മഹത്തായ വിജയം
لِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا فِيهِنَّۚ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرُۢ
120To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is within them. And He is over all things competent
ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും ഭൂമിയുടെയും അവയിലുള്ളതിന്റെയും ആധിപത്യം അല്ലാഹുവിന്നത്രെ. അവന് ഏത് കാര്യത്തിനും കഴിവുള്ളവനാകുന്നു
