بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

  1. حمٓ

    1

    Ha, Meem

    ഹാമീം

  2. وَٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡمُبِينِ

    2

    By the clear Book

    (കാര്യങ്ങള്‍) വിശദമാക്കുന്ന വേദഗ്രന്ഥം തന്നെയാണ

  3. إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَٰنًا عَرَبِيّٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ

    3

    Indeed, We have made it an Arabic Qur'an that you might understand

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നാം ഇതിനെ അറബി ഭാഷയിലുള്ള ഒരു ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ ആക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത് നിങ്ങള്‍ ചിന്തിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാകുന്നു

  4. وَإِنَّهُۥ فِيٓ أُمِّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَدَيۡنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ

    4

    And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അത് മൂലഗ്രന്ഥത്തില്‍ നമ്മുടെ അടുക്കല്‍ (സൂക്ഷിക്കപ്പെട്ടതത്രെ.) അത് ഉന്നതവും വിജ്ഞാനസമ്പന്നവും തന്നെയാകുന്നു

  5. أَفَنَضۡرِبُ عَنكُمُ ٱلذِّكۡرَ صَفۡحًا أَن كُنتُمۡ قَوۡمٗا مُّسۡرِفِينَ

    5

    Then should We turn the message away, disregarding you, because you are a transgressing people

    അപ്പോള്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ അതിക്രമകാരികളായ ജനങ്ങളായതിനാല്‍ (നിങ്ങളെ) ഒഴിവാക്കി വിട്ടുകൊണ്ട് ഈ ഉല്‍ബോധനം നിങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് മേറ്റീവ്ക്കുകയോ

  6. وَكَمۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن نَّبِيّٖ فِي ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

    6

    And how many a prophet We sent among the former peoples

    പൂര്‍വ്വസമുദായങ്ങളില്‍ എത്രയോ പ്രവാചകന്‍മാരെ നാം നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്‌

  7. وَمَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن نَّبِيٍّ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ

    7

    But there would not come to them a prophet except that they used to ridicule him

    ഏതൊരു പ്രവാചകന്‍ അവരുടെ അടുത്ത് ചെല്ലുകയാണെങ്കിലും അവര്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ പരിഹസിക്കുന്നവരാകാതിരുന്നിട്ടില്ല

  8. فَأَهۡلَكۡنَآ أَشَدَّ مِنۡهُم بَطۡشٗا وَمَضَىٰ مَثَلُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

    8

    And We destroyed greater than them in [striking] power, and the example of the former peoples has preceded

    അങ്ങനെ ഇവരെക്കാള്‍ കനത്ത കൈയ്യൂക്കുണ്ടായിരുന്നവരെ നാം നശിപ്പിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞു. പൂര്‍വ്വികന്‍മാരുടെ ഉദാഹരണങ്ങള്‍ മുമ്പ് കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയിട്ടുമുണ്ട്‌

  9. وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ خَلَقَهُنَّ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

    9

    And if you should ask them, "Who has created the heavens and the earth?" they would surely say, "They were created by the Exalted in Might, the Knowing

    ആകാശങ്ങളും ഭൂമിയും സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാരാണെന്ന് നീ അവരോട് ചോദിച്ചാല്‍ തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവര്‍ പറയും; പ്രതാപിയും സര്‍വ്വജ്ഞനുമായിട്ടുള്ളവനാണ് അവ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചത് എന്ന്‌

  10. ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ مَهۡدٗا وَجَعَلَ لَكُمۡ فِيهَا سُبُلٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَهۡتَدُونَ

    10

    [The one] who has made for you the earth a bed and made for you upon it roads that you might be guided

    അതെ, നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഭൂമിയെ ഒരു തൊട്ടിലാക്കുകയും നിങ്ങള്‍ നേരായ മാര്‍ഗം കണ്ടെത്താന്‍ വേണ്ടി നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കവിടെ പാതകളുണ്ടക്കിത്തരികയും ചെയ്തവന്‍

  11. وَٱلَّذِي نَزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءَۢ بِقَدَرٖ فَأَنشَرۡنَا بِهِۦ بَلۡدَةٗ مَّيۡتٗاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ تُخۡرَجُونَ

    11

    And who sends down rain from the sky in measured amounts, and We revive thereby a dead land - thus will you be brought forth

    ആകാശത്ത് നിന്ന് ഒരു തോത് അനുസരിച്ച് വെള്ളം വര്‍ഷിച്ചു തരികയും ചെയ്തവന്‍. എന്നിട്ട് അത് മൂലം നാം നിര്‍ജീവമായ രാജ്യത്തെ പുനരുജ്ജീവിപ്പിച്ചു. അത് പോലെ തന്നെ നിങ്ങളും (മരണാനന്തരം) പുറത്തു കൊണ്ടു വരപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്‌

  12. وَٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَزۡوَٰجَ كُلَّهَا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡفُلۡكِ وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ مَا تَرۡكَبُونَ

    12

    And who created the species, all of them, and has made for you of ships and animals those which you mount

    എല്ലാ ഇണകളെയും സൃഷ്ടിക്കുകയും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് സവാരി ചെയ്യാനുള്ള കപ്പലുകളും കാലികളെയും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഏര്‍പെടുത്തിത്തരികയും ചെയ്തവന്‍

  13. لِتَسۡتَوُۥاْ عَلَىٰ ظُهُورِهِۦ ثُمَّ تَذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ رَبِّكُمۡ إِذَا ٱسۡتَوَيۡتُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ وَتَقُولُواْ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُۥ مُقۡرِنِينَ

    13

    That you may settle yourselves upon their backs and then remember the favor of your Lord when you have settled upon them and say. "Exalted is He who has subjected this to us, and we could not have [otherwise] subdued it

    അവയുടെ പുറത്ത് നിങ്ങള്‍ ഇരിപ്പുറപ്പിക്കാനും എന്നിട്ട് നിങ്ങള്‍ അവിടെ ഇരിപ്പുറപ്പിച്ചു കഴിയുമ്പോള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ അനുഗ്രഹം നിങ്ങള്‍ ഓര്‍മിക്കുവാനും, നിങ്ങള്‍ ഇപ്രകാരം പറയുവാനും വേണ്ടി: ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഇതിനെ വിധേയമാക്കിത്തന്നവന്‍ എത്ര പരിശുദ്ധന്‍! ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കതിനെ ഇണക്കുവാന്‍ കഴിയുമായിരുന്നില്ല

  14. وَإِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ

    14

    And indeed we, to our Lord, will [surely] return

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള്‍ ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കലേക്ക് തിരിച്ചെത്തുന്നവര്‍ തന്നെയാകുന്നു

  15. وَجَعَلُواْ لَهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ جُزۡءًاۚ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَكَفُورٞ مُّبِينٌ

    15

    But they have attributed to Him from His servants a portion. Indeed, man is clearly ungrateful

    അവന്‍റെ ദാസന്‍മാരില്‍ ഒരു വിഭാഗത്തെ അവരതാ അവന്‍റെ അംശം (അഥവാ മക്കള്‍) ആക്കിവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും മനുഷ്യന്‍ പ്രത്യക്ഷമായിത്തന്നെ തികച്ചും നന്ദികെട്ടവനാകുന്നു

  16. أَمِ ٱتَّخَذَ مِمَّا يَخۡلُقُ بَنَاتٖ وَأَصۡفَىٰكُم بِٱلۡبَنِينَ

    16

    Or has He taken, out of what He has created, daughters and chosen you for [having] sons

    അതല്ല, താന്‍ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് പെണ്‍മക്കളെ അവന്‍ (സ്വന്തമായി) സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും, ആണ്‍മക്കളെ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പ്രത്യേകമായി നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുകയാണോ

  17. وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِمَا ضَرَبَ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مَثَلٗا ظَلَّ وَجۡهُهُۥ مُسۡوَدّٗا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ

    17

    And when one of them is given good tidings of that which he attributes to the Most Merciful in comparison, his face becomes dark, and he suppresses grief

    അവരില്‍ ഒരാള്‍ക്ക്‌, താന്‍ പരമകാരുണികന്ന് ഉപമയായി എടുത്തുകാണിക്കാറുള്ളതിനെ (പെണ്‍കുഞ്ഞിനെ) പ്പറ്റി സന്തോഷവാര്‍ത്ത അറിയിക്കപ്പെട്ടാല്‍ അവന്‍റെ മുഖം കരുവാളിച്ചതാകുകയും അവന്‍ കുണ്ഠിതനാവുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു

  18. أَوَمَن يُنَشَّؤُاْ فِي ٱلۡحِلۡيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي ٱلۡخِصَامِ غَيۡرُ مُبِينٖ

    18

    So is one brought up in ornaments while being during conflict unevident [attributed to Allah]

    ആഭരണമണിയിച്ച് വളര്‍ത്തപ്പെടുന്ന, വാഗ്വാദത്തില്‍ (ന്യായം) തെളിയിക്കാന്‍ കഴിവില്ലാത്ത ഒരാളാണോ (അല്ലാഹുവിന് സന്താനമായി കല്‍പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്‌)

  19. وَجَعَلُواْ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عِبَٰدُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ إِنَٰثًاۚ أَشَهِدُواْ خَلۡقَهُمۡۚ سَتُكۡتَبُ شَهَٰدَتُهُمۡ وَيُسۡـَٔلُونَ

    19

    And they have made the angels, who are servants of the Most Merciful, females. Did they witness their creation? Their testimony will be recorded, and they will be questioned

    പരമകാരുണികന്‍റെ ദാസന്‍മാരായ മലക്കുകളെ അവര്‍ പെണ്ണുങ്ങളാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അവരെ (മലക്കുകളെ) സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതിന് അവര്‍ സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിച്ചിരുന്നോ? അവരുടെ സാക്ഷ്യം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും അവര്‍ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നതുമാണ്‌

  20. وَقَالُواْ لَوۡ شَآءَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ مَا عَبَدۡنَٰهُمۗ مَّا لَهُم بِذَٰلِكَ مِنۡ عِلۡمٍۖ إِنۡ هُمۡ إِلَّا يَخۡرُصُونَ

    20

    And they said, "If the Most Merciful had willed, we would not have worshipped them." They have of that no knowledge. They are not but falsifying

    പരമകാരുണികന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ അവരെ (മലക്കുകളെ) ആരാധിക്കുമായിരുന്നില്ല. എന്ന് അവര്‍ പറയുകയും ചെയ്യും. അവര്‍ക്ക് അതിനെ പറ്റി യാതൊരു അറിവുമില്ല. അവര്‍ ഊഹിച്ച് പറയുക മാത്രമാകുന്നു

  21. أَمۡ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمۡ كِتَٰبٗا مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ فَهُم بِهِۦ مُسۡتَمۡسِكُونَ

    21

    Or have We given them a book before the Qur'an to which they are adhering

    അതല്ല, അവര്‍ക്ക് നാം ഇതിനു മുമ്പ് വല്ല ഗ്രന്ഥവും നല്‍കിയിട്ട് അവര്‍ അതില്‍ മുറുകെപിടിച്ച് നില്‍ക്കുകയാണോ

  22. بَلۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا وَجَدۡنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم مُّهۡتَدُونَ

    22

    Rather, they say, "Indeed, we found our fathers upon a religion, and we are in their footsteps [rightly] guided

    അല്ല, ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കള്‍ ഒരു മാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ നിലകൊള്ളുന്നതായി ഞങ്ങള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നുഠീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള്‍ അവരുടെ കാല്‍പാടുകളില്‍ നേര്‍മാര്‍ഗം കണ്ടെത്തിയിരിക്കയാണ്‌. എന്നാണ് അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞത്‌

  23. وَكَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ فِي قَرۡيَةٖ مِّن نَّذِيرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتۡرَفُوهَآ إِنَّا وَجَدۡنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم مُّقۡتَدُونَ

    23

    And similarly, We did not send before you any warner into a city except that its affluent said, "Indeed, we found our fathers upon a religion, and we are, in their footsteps, following

    അത് പോലെത്തന്നെ നിനക്ക് മുമ്പ് ഏതൊരു രാജ്യത്ത് നാം താക്കീതുകാരനെ അയച്ചപ്പോഴും ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കളെ ഒരു മാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ നിലകൊള്ളുന്നവരായി ഞങ്ങള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു; തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള്‍ അവരുടെ കാല്‍പാടുകളെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നവരാകുന്നു. എന്ന് അവിടെയുള്ള സുഖലോലുപന്‍മാര്‍ പറയാതിരുന്നിട്ടില്ല

  24. ۞قَٰلَ أَوَلَوۡ جِئۡتُكُم بِأَهۡدَىٰ مِمَّا وَجَدتُّمۡ عَلَيۡهِ ءَابَآءَكُمۡۖ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا بِمَآ أُرۡسِلۡتُم بِهِۦ كَٰفِرُونَ

    24

    [Each warner] said, "Even if I brought you better guidance than that [religion] upon which you found your fathers?" They said, "Indeed we, in that with which you were sent, are disbelievers

    അദ്ദേഹം (താക്കീതുകാരന്‍) പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കളെ ഏതൊരു മാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ കണ്ടെത്തിയോ, അതിനെക്കാളും നല്ല മാര്‍ഗം കാണിച്ചുതരുന്ന ഒരു സന്ദേശവും കൊണ്ട് ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്ത് വന്നാലും (നിങ്ങള്‍ പിതാക്കളെത്തന്നെ അനുകരിക്കുകയോ?) അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു; നിങ്ങള്‍ ഏതൊരു സന്ദേശവും കൊണ്ട് അയക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവോ അതില്‍ തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള്‍ വിശ്വാസമില്ലാത്തവരാകുന്നു

  25. فَٱنتَقَمۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡۖ فَٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

    25

    So we took retribution from them; then see how was the end of the deniers

    അതിനാല്‍ നാം അവര്‍ക്ക് ശിക്ഷ നല്‍കി. അപ്പോള്‍ ആ സത്യനിഷേധികളുടെ പര്യവസാനം എങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു വെന്ന് നോക്കുക

  26. وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَ

    26

    And [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham said to his father and his people, "Indeed, I am disassociated from that which you worship

    ഇബ്രാഹീം തന്‍റെ പിതാവിനോടും ജനങ്ങളോടും ഇപ്രകാരം പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്‍ഭം (ശ്രദ്ധേയമാകുന്നു:) തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ ആരാധിക്കുന്നതില്‍നിന്ന് ഒഴിഞ്ഞു നില്‍ക്കുന്നവനാകുന്നു

  27. إِلَّا ٱلَّذِي فَطَرَنِي فَإِنَّهُۥ سَيَهۡدِينِ

    27

    Except for He who created me; and indeed, He will guide me

    എന്നെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചവനൊഴികെ. കാരണം തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവന്‍ എനിക്ക് മാര്‍ഗദര്‍ശനം നല്‍കുന്നതാണ്‌

  28. وَجَعَلَهَا كَلِمَةَۢ بَاقِيَةٗ فِي عَقِبِهِۦ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ

    28

    And he made it a word remaining among his descendants that they might return [to it]

    അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ പിന്‍ഗാമികള്‍ (സത്യത്തിലേക്കു) മടങ്ങേണ്ടതിനായി അതിനെ (ആ പ്രഖ്യാപനത്തെ) അദ്ദേഹം അവര്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ നിലനില്‍ക്കുന്ന ഒരു വചനമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു

  29. بَلۡ مَتَّعۡتُ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ وَءَابَآءَهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ جَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَرَسُولٞ مُّبِينٞ

    29

    However, I gave enjoyment to these [people of Makkah] and their fathers until there came to them the truth and a clear Messenger

    അല്ല, ഇക്കൂട്ടര്‍ക്കും അവരുടെ പിതാക്കള്‍ക്കും ഞാന്‍ ജീവിതസുഖം നല്‍കി. സത്യസന്ദേശവും, വ്യക്തമായി വിവരിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്ന ഒരു ദൂതനും അവരുടെ അടുത്ത് വരുന്നത് വരെ

  30. وَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّ قَالُواْ هَٰذَا سِحۡرٞ وَإِنَّا بِهِۦ كَٰفِرُونَ

    30

    But when the truth came to them, they said, "This is magic, and indeed we are, concerning it, disbelievers

    അവര്‍ക്ക് സത്യം വന്നെത്തിയപ്പോഴാകട്ടെ അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു: ഇതൊരു മായാജാലമാണ്‌. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള്‍ അതില്‍ വിശ്വാസമില്ലാത്തവരാകുന്നു

  31. وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَتَيۡنِ عَظِيمٍ

    31

    And they said, "Why was this Qur'an not sent down upon a great man from [one of] the two cities

    ഈ രണ്ട് പട്ടണങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു മഹാപുരുഷന്‍റെ മേല്‍ എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ഈ ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടില്ല എന്നും അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു

  32. أَهُمۡ يَقۡسِمُونَ رَحۡمَتَ رَبِّكَۚ نَحۡنُ قَسَمۡنَا بَيۡنَهُم مَّعِيشَتَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۚ وَرَفَعۡنَا بَعۡضَهُمۡ فَوۡقَ بَعۡضٖ دَرَجَٰتٖ لِّيَتَّخِذَ بَعۡضُهُم بَعۡضٗا سُخۡرِيّٗاۗ وَرَحۡمَتُ رَبِّكَ خَيۡرٞ مِّمَّا يَجۡمَعُونَ

    32

    Do they distribute the mercy of your Lord? It is We who have apportioned among them their livelihood in the life of this world and have raised some of them above others in degrees [of rank] that they may make use of one another for service. But the mercy of your Lord is better than whatever they accumulate

    അവരാണോ നിന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ അനുഗ്രഹം പങ്ക് വെച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നത്‌? നാമാണ് ഐഹികജീവിതത്തില്‍ അവര്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ അവരുടെ ജീവിതമാര്‍ഗം പങ്ക് വെച്ചുകൊടുത്തത്‌. അവരില്‍ ചിലര്‍ക്ക് ചിലരെ കീഴാളരാക്കി വെക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം അവരില്‍ ചിലരെ മറ്റു ചിലരെക്കാള്‍ ഉപരി നാം പല പടികള്‍ ഉയര്‍ത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. നിന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ കാരുണ്യമാകുന്നു അവര്‍ ശേഖരിച്ചു വെക്കുന്നതിനെക്കാള്‍ ഉത്തമം

  33. وَلَوۡلَآ أَن يَكُونَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗ لَّجَعَلۡنَا لِمَن يَكۡفُرُ بِٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ لِبُيُوتِهِمۡ سُقُفٗا مِّن فِضَّةٖ وَمَعَارِجَ عَلَيۡهَا يَظۡهَرُونَ

    33

    And if it were not that the people would become one community [of disbelievers], We would have made for those who disbelieve in the Most Merciful - for their houses - ceilings and stairways of silver upon which to mount

    മനുഷ്യര്‍ ഒരേ തരത്തിലുള്ള (ദുഷിച്ച) സമുദായമായിപ്പോകുകയില്ലായിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ പരമകാരുണികനില്‍ അവിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് അവരുടെ വീടുകള്‍ക്ക് വെള്ളി കൊണ്ടുള്ള മേല്‍പുരകളും, അവര്‍ക്ക് കയറിപോകാന്‍ (വെള്ളികൊണ്ടുള്ള) കോണികളും നാം ഉണ്ടാക്കികൊടുക്കുമായിരുന്നു

  34. وَلِبُيُوتِهِمۡ أَبۡوَٰبٗا وَسُرُرًا عَلَيۡهَا يَتَّكِـُٔونَ

    34

    And for their houses - doors and couches [of silver] upon which to recline

    അവരുടെ വീടുകള്‍ക്ക് (വെള്ളി) വാതിലുകളും അവര്‍ക്ക് ചാരിയിരിക്കാന്‍ (വെള്ളി) കട്ടിലുകളും

  35. وَزُخۡرُفٗاۚ وَإِن كُلُّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمَّا مَتَٰعُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۚ وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ

    35

    And gold ornament. But all that is not but the enjoyment of worldly life. And the Hereafter with your Lord is for the righteous

    സ്വര്‍ണം കൊണ്ടുള്ള അലങ്കാരവും നാം നല്‍കുമായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ അതെല്ലാം ഐഹികജീവിതത്തിലെ സുഖഭോഗം മാത്രമാകുന്നു. പരലോകം തന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ അടുക്കല്‍ സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്കുള്ളതാകുന്നു

  36. وَمَن يَعۡشُ عَن ذِكۡرِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ نُقَيِّضۡ لَهُۥ شَيۡطَٰنٗا فَهُوَ لَهُۥ قَرِينٞ

    36

    And whoever is blinded from remembrance of the Most Merciful - We appoint for him a devil, and he is to him a companion

    പരമകാരുണികന്‍റെ ഉല്‍ബോധനത്തിന്‍റെ നേര്‍ക്ക് വല്ലവനും അന്ധത നടിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം അവന്നു നാം ഒരു പിശാചിനെ ഏര്‍പെടുത്തികൊടുക്കും. എന്നിട്ട് അവന്‍ (പിശാച്‌) അവന്ന് കൂട്ടാളിയായിരിക്കും

  37. وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَيَصُدُّونَهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَيَحۡسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهۡتَدُونَ

    37

    And indeed, the devils avert them from the way [of guidance] while they think that they are [rightly] guided

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവര്‍ (പിശാചുക്കള്‍) അവരെ നേര്‍മാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് തടയും. തങ്ങള്‍ സന്‍മാര്‍ഗം പ്രാപിച്ചവരാണെന്ന് അവര്‍ വിചാരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും

  38. حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَنَا قَالَ يَٰلَيۡتَ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَكَ بُعۡدَ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقَيۡنِ فَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡقَرِينُ

    38

    Until, when he comes to Us [at Judgement], he says [to his companion], "Oh, I wish there was between me and you the distance between the east and west - how wretched a companion

    അങ്ങനെ നമ്മുടെ അടുത്ത് വന്നെത്തുമ്പോള്‍ (തന്‍റെ കൂട്ടാളിയായ പിശാചിനോട്‌) അവന്‍ പറയും: എനിക്കും നിനക്കുമിടയില്‍ ഉദയാസ്തമനസ്ഥാനങ്ങള്‍ തമ്മിലുള്ള അകലം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ എത്ര നന്നായിരുന്നേനെ. അപ്പോള്‍ ആ കൂട്ടുകാരന്‍ എത്ര ചീത്ത

  39. وَلَن يَنفَعَكُمُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ إِذ ظَّلَمۡتُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ مُشۡتَرِكُونَ

    39

    And never will it benefit you that Day, when you have wronged, that you are [all] sharing in the punishment

    നിങ്ങള്‍ അക്രമം പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചിരിക്കെ നിങ്ങള്‍ ശിക്ഷയില്‍ പങ്കാളികളാകുന്നു എന്ന വസ്തുത ഇന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഒട്ടും പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുകയില്ല

  40. أَفَأَنتَ تُسۡمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ أَوۡ تَهۡدِي ٱلۡعُمۡيَ وَمَن كَانَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ

    40

    Then will you make the deaf hear, [O Muhammad], or guide the blind or he who is in clear error

    എന്നാല്‍ (നബിയേ,) നിനക്ക് ബധിരന്‍മാരെ കേള്‍പിക്കാനും, അന്ധന്‍മാരെയും വ്യക്തമായ ദുര്‍മാര്‍ഗത്തിലായവരെയും വഴി കാണിക്കാനും കഴിയുമോ

  41. فَإِمَّا نَذۡهَبَنَّ بِكَ فَإِنَّا مِنۡهُم مُّنتَقِمُونَ

    41

    And whether [or not] We take you away [in death], indeed, We will take retribution upon them

    ഇനി നിന്നെ നാം കൊണ്ടു പോകുന്ന പക്ഷം അവരുടെ നേരെ നാം ശിക്ഷാനടപടി എടുക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്‌

  42. أَوۡ نُرِيَنَّكَ ٱلَّذِي وَعَدۡنَٰهُمۡ فَإِنَّا عَلَيۡهِم مُّقۡتَدِرُونَ

    42

    Or whether [or not] We show you that which We have promised them, indeed, We are Perfect in Ability

    അഥവാ നാം അവര്‍ക്ക് താക്കീത് നല്‍കിയത് (ശിക്ഷ) നിനക്ക് നാം കാട്ടിത്തരികയാണെങ്കിലോ നാം അവരുടെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ കഴിവുള്ളവന്‍ തന്നെയാകുന്നു

  43. فَٱسۡتَمۡسِكۡ بِٱلَّذِيٓ أُوحِيَ إِلَيۡكَۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ

    43

    So adhere to that which is revealed to you. Indeed, you are on a straight path

    ആകയാല്‍ നിനക്ക് ബോധനം നല്‍കപ്പെട്ടത് നീ മുറുകെപിടിക്കുക. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നീ നേരായ പാതയിലാകുന്നു

  44. وَإِنَّهُۥ لَذِكۡرٞ لَّكَ وَلِقَوۡمِكَۖ وَسَوۡفَ تُسۡـَٔلُونَ

    44

    And indeed, it is a remembrance for you and your people, and you [all] are going to be questioned

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അത് നിനക്കും നിന്‍റെ ജനതയ്ക്കും ഒരു ഉല്‍ബോധനം തന്നെയാകുന്നു. വഴിയെ നിങ്ങള്‍ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നതുമാണ്‌

  45. وَسۡـَٔلۡ مَنۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ مِن رُّسُلِنَآ أَجَعَلۡنَا مِن دُونِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ءَالِهَةٗ يُعۡبَدُونَ

    45

    And ask those We sent before you of Our messengers; have We made besides the Most Merciful deities to be worshipped

    നിനക്ക് മുമ്പ് നമ്മുടെ ദൂതന്‍മാരായി നാം അയച്ചവരോട് ചോദിച്ചു നോക്കുക. പരമകാരുണികന് പുറമെ ആരാധിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ട വല്ല ദൈവങ്ങളേയും നാം നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന്‌

  46. وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَقَالَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

    46

    And certainly did We send Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, and he said, "Indeed, I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds

    മൂസായെ നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളുമായി ഫിര്‍ഔന്‍റെയും അവന്‍റെ പൌരമുഖ്യന്‍മാരുടെയും അടുത്തേക്ക് നാം അയക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. എന്നിട്ട് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞാന്‍ ലോകരക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ ദൂതനാകുന്നു

  47. فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ إِذَا هُم مِّنۡهَا يَضۡحَكُونَ

    47

    But when he brought them Our signs, at once they laughed at them

    അങ്ങനെ അദ്ദേഹം നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളുമായി അവരുടെ അടുത്ത് ചെന്നപ്പോള്‍ അവരതാ അവയെ കളിയാക്കി ചിരിക്കുന്നു

  48. وَمَا نُرِيهِم مِّنۡ ءَايَةٍ إِلَّا هِيَ أَكۡبَرُ مِنۡ أُخۡتِهَاۖ وَأَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِٱلۡعَذَابِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ

    48

    And We showed them not a sign except that it was greater than its sister, and We seized them with affliction that perhaps they might return [to faith]

    അവര്‍ക്ക് നാം ഓരോ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തവും കാണിച്ചുകൊടുത്തു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നത് അതിന്‍റെ ഇണയെക്കാള്‍ മഹത്തരമായിക്കൊണ്ട് തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. അവര്‍ (ഖേദിച്ചു) മടങ്ങുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി നാം അവരെ ശിക്ഷകള്‍ മുഖേന പിടികൂടുകയും ചെയ്തു

  49. وَقَالُواْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَ ٱلسَّاحِرُ ٱدۡعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ بِمَا عَهِدَ عِندَكَ إِنَّنَا لَمُهۡتَدُونَ

    49

    And they said [to Moses], "O magician, invoke for us your Lord by what He has promised you. Indeed, we will be guided

    അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു: ഹേ, ജാലവിദ്യക്കാരാ! താങ്കളുമായി താങ്കളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് കരാര്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതനുസരിച്ച് ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി താങ്കള്‍ അവനോട് പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുക. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങള്‍ നേര്‍മാര്‍ഗം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നവര്‍ തന്നെയാകുന്നു

  50. فَلَمَّا كَشَفۡنَا عَنۡهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابَ إِذَا هُمۡ يَنكُثُونَ

    50

    But when We removed from them the affliction, at once they broke their word

    എന്നിട്ട് അവരില്‍ നിന്ന് നാം ശിക്ഷ എടുത്തുകളഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ അവരതാ വാക്കുമാറുന്നു

  51. وَنَادَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنُ فِي قَوۡمِهِۦ قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ أَلَيۡسَ لِي مُلۡكُ مِصۡرَ وَهَٰذِهِ ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِيٓۚ أَفَلَا تُبۡصِرُونَ

    51

    And Pharaoh called out among his people; he said, "O my people, does not the kingdom of Egypt belong to me, and these rivers flowing beneath me; then do you not see

    ഫിര്‍ഔന്‍ തന്‍റെ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ ഒരു വിളംബരം നടത്തി. അവന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു: എന്‍റെ ജനങ്ങളേ, ഈജിപ്തിന്‍റെ ആധിപത്യം എനിക്കല്ലേ? ഈ നദികള്‍ ഒഴുകുന്നതാകട്ടെ എന്‍റെ കീഴിലൂടെയാണ്‌. എന്നിരിക്കെ നിങ്ങള്‍ (കാര്യങ്ങള്‍) കണ്ടറിയുന്നില്ലേ

  52. أَمۡ أَنَا۠ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي هُوَ مَهِينٞ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُبِينُ

    52

    Or am I [not] better than this one who is insignificant and hardly makes himself clear

    അല്ല, ഹീനനായിട്ടുള്ളവനും വ്യക്തമായി സംസാരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയാത്തവനുമായ ഇവനെക്കാള്‍ ഉത്തമന്‍ ഞാന്‍ തന്നെയാകുന്നു

  53. فَلَوۡلَآ أُلۡقِيَ عَلَيۡهِ أَسۡوِرَةٞ مِّن ذَهَبٍ أَوۡ جَآءَ مَعَهُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ مُقۡتَرِنِينَ

    53

    Then why have there not been placed upon him bracelets of gold or come with him the angels in conjunction

    അപ്പോള്‍ ഇവന്‍റെ മേല്‍ സ്വര്‍ണവളകള്‍ അണിയിക്കപ്പെടുകയോ, ഇവനോടൊപ്പം തുണയായികൊണ്ട് മലക്കുകള്‍ വരികയോ ചെയ്യാത്തതെന്താണ്‌

  54. فَٱسۡتَخَفَّ قَوۡمَهُۥ فَأَطَاعُوهُۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَوۡمٗا فَٰسِقِينَ

    54

    So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were [themselves] a people defiantly disobedient [of Allah]

    അങ്ങനെ ഫിര്‍ഔന്‍ തന്‍റെ ജനങ്ങളെ വിഡ്ഢികളാക്കി. അവര്‍ അവനെ അനുസരിച്ചു. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവര്‍ അധര്‍മ്മകാരികളായ ഒരു ജനതയായിരുന്നു

  55. فَلَمَّآ ءَاسَفُونَا ٱنتَقَمۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡ فَأَغۡرَقۡنَٰهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ

    55

    And when they angered Us, We took retribution from them and drowned them all

    അങ്ങനെ അവര്‍ നമ്മെ പ്രകോപിപ്പിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ നാം അവരെ ശിക്ഷിച്ചു. അവരെ നാം മുക്കി നശിപ്പിച്ചു

  56. فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُمۡ سَلَفٗا وَمَثَلٗا لِّلۡأٓخِرِينَ

    56

    And We made them a precedent and an example for the later peoples

    അങ്ങനെ അവരെ പൂര്‍വ്വമാതൃകയും പിന്നീട് വരുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഒരു ഉദാഹരണവും ആക്കിത്തീര്‍ത്തു

  57. ۞وَلَمَّا ضُرِبَ ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ مَثَلًا إِذَا قَوۡمُكَ مِنۡهُ يَصِدُّونَ

    57

    And when the son of Mary was presented as an example, immediately your people laughed aloud

    മര്‍യമിന്‍റെ മകന്‍ ഒരു ഉദാഹരണമായി എടുത്തുകാണിക്കപ്പെട്ടപ്പോള്‍ നിന്‍റെ ജനതയതാ അതിന്‍റെ പേരില്‍ ആര്‍ത്തുവിളിക്കുന്നു

  58. وَقَالُوٓاْ ءَأَٰلِهَتُنَا خَيۡرٌ أَمۡ هُوَۚ مَا ضَرَبُوهُ لَكَ إِلَّا جَدَلَۢاۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٌ خَصِمُونَ

    58

    And they said, "Are your gods better, or is he?" They did not present the comparison except for [mere] argument. But, [in fact], they are a people prone to dispute

    ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവങ്ങളാണോ ഉത്തമം, അതല്ല, അദ്ദേഹമാണോ എന്നവര്‍ പറയുകയും ചെയ്തു. അവര്‍ നിന്‍റെ മുമ്പില്‍ അതെടുത്തു കാണിച്ചത് ഒരു തര്‍ക്കത്തിനായി മാത്രമാണ്‌. എന്നു തന്നെയല്ല അവര്‍ പിടിവാശിക്കാരായ ഒരു ജനവിഭാഗമാകുന്നു

  59. إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا عَبۡدٌ أَنۡعَمۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ وَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ مَثَلٗا لِّبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ

    59

    Jesus was not but a servant upon whom We bestowed favor, and We made him an example for the Children of Israel

    അദ്ദേഹം നമ്മുടെ ഒരു ദാസന്‍ മാത്രമാകുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് നാം അനുഗ്രഹം നല്‍കുകയും അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ഇസ്രായീല്‍ സന്തതികള്‍ക്ക് നാം ഒരു മാതൃകയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു

  60. وَلَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلۡنَا مِنكُم مَّلَـٰٓئِكَةٗ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ يَخۡلُفُونَ

    60

    And if We willed, We could have made [instead] of you angels succeeding [one another] on the earth

    നാം ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ (നിങ്ങളുടെ) പിന്‍തലമുറയായിരിക്കത്തക്കവിധം നിങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നു തന്നെ നാം മലക്കുകളെ ഭൂമിയില്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കുമായിരുന്നു

  61. وَإِنَّهُۥ لَعِلۡمٞ لِّلسَّاعَةِ فَلَا تَمۡتَرُنَّ بِهَا وَٱتَّبِعُونِۚ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطٞ مُّسۡتَقِيمٞ

    61

    And indeed, Jesus will be [a sign for] knowledge of the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me. This is a straight path

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അദ്ദേഹം അന്ത്യസമയത്തിന്നുള്ള ഒരു അറിയിപ്പാകുന്നു. അതിനാല്‍ അതിനെ (അന്ത്യസമയത്തെ) പ്പറ്റി നിങ്ങള്‍ സംശയിച്ചു പോകരുത്‌. എന്നെ നിങ്ങള്‍ പിന്തുടരുക. ഇതാകുന്നു നേരായ പാത

  62. وَلَا يَصُدَّنَّكُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٞ

    62

    And never let Satan avert you. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy

    പിശാച് (അതില്‍ നിന്ന്‌) നിങ്ങളെ തടയാതിരിക്കട്ടെ. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പ്രത്യക്ഷശത്രുവാകുന്നു

  63. وَلَمَّا جَآءَ عِيسَىٰ بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ قَالَ قَدۡ جِئۡتُكُم بِٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ وَلِأُبَيِّنَ لَكُم بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِي تَخۡتَلِفُونَ فِيهِۖ فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

    63

    And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, "I have come to you with wisdom and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear Allah and obey me

    വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവുകളും കൊണ്ട് ഈസാ വന്നിട്ട് ഇപ്രകാരം പറഞ്ഞു: തീര്‍ച്ചയായും വിജ്ഞാനവും കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്ത് വന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്‌. നിങ്ങള്‍ അഭിപ്രായഭിന്നത പുലര്‍ത്തികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ ചിലത് ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വിവരിച്ചുതരാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയും. ആകയാല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിനെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുകയും എന്നെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുവിന്‍

  64. إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُوهُۚ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطٞ مُّسۡتَقِيمٞ

    64

    Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു തന്നെയാകുന്നു എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവും, നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവും. അതിനാല്‍ അവനെ നിങ്ങള്‍ ആരാധിക്കുക. ഇതാകുന്നു നേരായ പാത

  65. فَٱخۡتَلَفَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِهِمۡۖ فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنۡ عَذَابِ يَوۡمٍ أَلِيمٍ

    65

    But the denominations from among them differed [and separated], so woe to those who have wronged from the punishment of a painful Day

    എന്നിട്ട് അവര്‍ക്കിടയിലുള്ള കക്ഷികള്‍ ഭിന്നിച്ചു. അതിനാല്‍ അക്രമം പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചവര്‍ക്ക് വേദനയേറിയ ഒരു ദിവസത്തെ ശിക്ഷ മൂലം നാശം

  66. هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا ٱلسَّاعَةَ أَن تَأۡتِيَهُم بَغۡتَةٗ وَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ

    66

    Are they waiting except for the Hour to come upon them suddenly while they perceive not

    അവര്‍ ഓര്‍ക്കാതിരിക്കെ പെട്ടെന്ന് ആ അന്ത്യസമയം അവര്‍ക്ക് വന്നെത്തുന്നതിനെയല്ലാതെ അവര്‍ നോക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ

  67. ٱلۡأَخِلَّآءُ يَوۡمَئِذِۭ بَعۡضُهُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ عَدُوٌّ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ

    67

    Close friends, that Day, will be enemies to each other, except for the righteous

    സുഹൃത്തുക്കള്‍ ആ ദിവസം അന്യോന്യം ശത്രുക്കളായിരിക്കും. സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നവരൊഴികെ

  68. يَٰعِبَادِ لَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ تَحۡزَنُونَ

    68

    [To whom Allah will say], "O My servants, no fear will there be concerning you this Day, nor will you grieve

    എന്‍റെ ദാസന്‍മാരേ, ഇന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് യാതൊരു ഭയവുമില്ല. നിങ്ങള്‍ ദുഃഖിക്കേണ്ടതുമില്ല

  69. ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَكَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ

    69

    [You] who believed in Our verses and were Muslims

    നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളില്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും കീഴ്പെട്ടു ജീവിക്കുന്നവരായിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവരത്രെ(നിങ്ങള്‍)

  70. ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ أَنتُمۡ وَأَزۡوَٰجُكُمۡ تُحۡبَرُونَ

    70

    Enter Paradise, you and your kinds, delighted

    നിങ്ങളും നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇണകളും സന്തോഷഭരിതരായികൊണ്ട് സ്വര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ പ്രവേശിച്ചു കൊള്ളുക

  71. يُطَافُ عَلَيۡهِم بِصِحَافٖ مِّن ذَهَبٖ وَأَكۡوَابٖۖ وَفِيهَا مَا تَشۡتَهِيهِ ٱلۡأَنفُسُ وَتَلَذُّ ٱلۡأَعۡيُنُۖ وَأَنتُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

    71

    Circulated among them will be plates and vessels of gold. And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes, and you will abide therein eternally

    സ്വര്‍ണത്തിന്‍റെ തളികകളും പാനപാത്രങ്ങളും അവര്‍ക്ക് ചുറ്റും കൊണ്ടു നടക്കപ്പെടും. മനസ്സുകള്‍ കൊതിക്കുന്നതും കണ്ണുകള്‍ക്ക് ആനന്ദകരവുമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. നിങ്ങള്‍ അവിടെ നിത്യവാസികളായിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും

  72. وَتِلۡكَ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ ٱلَّتِيٓ أُورِثۡتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ

    72

    And that is Paradise which you are made to inherit for what you used to do

    നിങ്ങള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നതിന്‍റെ ഫലമായി നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അവകാശപ്പെടുത്തിത്തന്നിട്ടുള്ള സ്വര്‍ഗമത്രെ അത്‌

  73. لَكُمۡ فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٞ كَثِيرَةٞ مِّنۡهَا تَأۡكُلُونَ

    73

    For you therein is much fruit from which you will eat

    നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കതില്‍ പഴങ്ങള്‍ ധാരാളമായി ഉണ്ടാകും. അതില്‍ നിന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഭക്ഷിക്കാം

  74. إِنَّ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ فِي عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدُونَ

    74

    Indeed, the criminals will be in the punishment of Hell, abiding eternally

    തീര്‍ച്ചയായും കുറ്റവാളികള്‍ നരകശിക്ഷയില്‍ നിത്യവാസികളായിരിക്കും

  75. لَا يُفَتَّرُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَهُمۡ فِيهِ مُبۡلِسُونَ

    75

    It will not be allowed to subside for them, and they, therein, are in despair

    അവര്‍ക്ക് അത് ലഘൂകരിച്ച് കൊടുക്കപ്പെടുകയില്ല. അവര്‍ അതില്‍ ആശയറ്റവരായിരിക്കും

  76. وَمَا ظَلَمۡنَٰهُمۡ وَلَٰكِن كَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

    76

    And We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers

    നാം അവരോട് അക്രമം ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. പക്ഷെ അവര്‍ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു അക്രമകാരികള്‍

  77. وَنَادَوۡاْ يَٰمَٰلِكُ لِيَقۡضِ عَلَيۡنَا رَبُّكَۖ قَالَ إِنَّكُم مَّـٰكِثُونَ

    77

    And they will call, "O Malik, let your Lord put an end to us!" He will say, "Indeed, you will remain

    അവര്‍ വിളിച്ചുപറയും; ഹേ, മാലിക്‌! താങ്കളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ മേല്‍ (മരണം) വിധിക്കട്ടെ. അദ്ദേഹം (മാലിക്‌) പറയും: നിങ്ങള്‍ (ഇവിടെ) താമസിക്കേണ്ടവര്‍ തന്നെയാകുന്നു

  78. لَقَدۡ جِئۡنَٰكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَكُمۡ لِلۡحَقِّ كَٰرِهُونَ

    78

    We had certainly brought you the truth, but most of you, to the truth, were averse

    (അല്ലാഹു പറയും:) തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നാം നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് സത്യം കൊണ്ടു വന്ന് തരികയുണ്ടായി. പക്ഷെ നിങ്ങളില്‍ അധിക പേരും സത്യത്തെ വെറുക്കുന്നവരാകുന്നു

  79. أَمۡ أَبۡرَمُوٓاْ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّا مُبۡرِمُونَ

    79

    Or have they devised [some] affair? But indeed, We are devising [a plan]

    അതല്ല, അവര്‍ (നമുക്കെതിരില്‍) വല്ല കാര്യവും തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കയാണോ? എന്നാല്‍ നാം തന്നെയാകുന്നു തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുന്നവന്‍

  80. أَمۡ يَحۡسَبُونَ أَنَّا لَا نَسۡمَعُ سِرَّهُمۡ وَنَجۡوَىٰهُمۚ بَلَىٰ وَرُسُلُنَا لَدَيۡهِمۡ يَكۡتُبُونَ

    80

    Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private conversations? Yes, [We do], and Our messengers are with them recording

    അതല്ല, അവരുടെ രഹസ്യവും ഗൂഢാലോചനയും നാം കേള്‍ക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന് അവര്‍ വിചാരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ? അതെ, നമ്മുടെ ദൂതന്‍മാര്‍ (മലക്കുകള്‍) അവരുടെ അടുക്കല്‍ എഴുതിയെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്‌

  81. قُلۡ إِن كَانَ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ وَلَدٞ فَأَنَا۠ أَوَّلُ ٱلۡعَٰبِدِينَ

    81

    Say, [O Muhammad], "If the Most Merciful had a son, then I would be the first of [his] worshippers

    നീ പറയുക: പരമകാരുണികന് സന്താനമുണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ ഞാനായിരിക്കും അതിനെ ആരാധിക്കുന്നവരില്‍ ഒന്നാമന്‍

  82. سُبۡحَٰنَ رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

    82

    Exalted is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe

    എന്നാല്‍ ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും ഭൂമിയുടെയും രക്ഷിതാവ്‌, സിംഹാസനത്തിന്‍റെ നാഥന്‍ അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞുണ്ടാക്കുന്നതില്‍ നിന്ന് എത്രയോ പരിശുദ്ധനത്രെ

  83. فَذَرۡهُمۡ يَخُوضُواْ وَيَلۡعَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوۡمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ

    83

    So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised

    അതിനാല്‍ നീ അവരെ വിട്ടേക്കുക. അവര്‍ക്കു താക്കീത് നല്‍കപ്പെടുന്ന അവരുടെ ആ ദിവസം അവര്‍ കണ്ടുമുട്ടുന്നതു വരെ അവര്‍ അസംബന്ധങ്ങള്‍ പറയുകയും കളിതമാശയില്‍ ഏര്‍പെടുകയും ചെയ്തുകൊള്ളട്ടെ

  84. وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَٰهٞ وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَٰهٞۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

    84

    And it is Allah who is [the only] deity in the heaven, and on the earth [the only] deity. And He is the Wise, the Knowing

    അവനാകുന്നു ആകാശത്ത് ദൈവമായിട്ടുള്ളവനും, ഭൂമിയില്‍ ദൈവമായിട്ടുള്ളവനും.അവനാകുന്നു യുക്തിമാനും സര്‍വ്വജ്ഞനും

  85. وَتَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا وَعِندَهُۥ عِلۡمُ ٱلسَّاعَةِ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ

    85

    And blessed is He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them and with whom is knowledge of the Hour and to whom you will be returned

    ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും, ഭൂമിയുടെയും, അവയ്ക്കിടയിലുള്ളതിന്‍റെയും ആധിപത്യം ഏതൊരുവന്നാണോ അവന്‍ അനുഗ്രഹപൂര്‍ണ്ണനാകുന്നു. അവന്‍റെ പക്കല്‍ തന്നെയാകുന്നു ആ (അന്ത്യ) സമയത്തെപറ്റിയുള്ള അറിവ്‌. അവന്‍റെ അടുത്തേക്ക് തന്നെ നിങ്ങള്‍ മടക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും

  86. وَلَا يَمۡلِكُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ ٱلشَّفَٰعَةَ إِلَّا مَن شَهِدَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُونَ

    86

    And those they invoke besides Him do not possess [power of] intercession; but only those who testify to the truth [can benefit], and they know

    അവന്നു പുറമെ ഇവര്‍ ആരെ വിളിച്ചു പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുന്നുവോ അവര്‍ ശുപാര്‍ശ അധീനപ്പെടുത്തുന്നില്ല; അറിഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ടു തന്നെ സത്യത്തിന് സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിച്ചവരൊഴികെ

  87. وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّنۡ خَلَقَهُمۡ لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُۖ فَأَنَّىٰ يُؤۡفَكُونَ

    87

    And if you asked them who created them, they would surely say, "Allah." So how are they deluded

    ആരാണ് അവരെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതെന്ന് നീ അവരോട് ചോദിച്ചാല്‍ തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവര്‍ പറയും: അല്ലാഹു എന്ന്‌. അപ്പോള്‍ എങ്ങനെയാണ് അവര്‍ വ്യതിചലിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്‌

  88. وَقِيلِهِۦ يَٰرَبِّ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوۡمٞ لَّا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

    88

    And [Allah acknowledges] his saying, "O my Lord, indeed these are a people who do not believe

    എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ! തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഇക്കൂട്ടര്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കാത്ത ഒരു ജനതയാകുന്നു എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം (പ്രവാചകന്‍) പറയുന്നതും (അല്ലാഹു അറിയും)

  89. فَٱصۡفَحۡ عَنۡهُمۡ وَقُلۡ سَلَٰمٞۚ فَسَوۡفَ يَعۡلَمُونَ

    89

    So turn aside from them and say, "Peace." But they are going to know

    അതിനാല്‍ നീ അവരെ വിട്ടു തിരിഞ്ഞുകളയുക. സലാം! എന്ന് പറയുകയും ചെയ്യുക. അവര്‍ വഴിയെ അറിഞ്ഞു കൊള്ളും
